Lactulose 2tsf.. tds 6) adjust your medications.... Antidepressants, pain killers ,antihyperyensives by your physician.... If stool and wind is not passing and pain in abdomen Go to surgical emergency immediately....... There options are 1) placement of glycerine spposteries 2) enema 3) surgery( laprotomy) last resort

Isphagol is the best remedy for constipation. Take it with milk or water. Put 5-10g of isphagol in a glass of water or milk and leave it for atleast 3 minutes and then drink it. You can use it on daily basis have no side effects. I’m not doctor or hakeem but that’s what I did and in my experience for constipation Isphagol is the best thing and most importantly don’t forget to drink enough water. It depends person to person how much water u should drink in a day. JazakAllah
