Those brownish burgundies are perhaps more accurately called “Maroon”, at least in English usage. The French cognate, marron, simply means brown. Our English Maroon is probably from a scribal error that lives forever! Burgundy does tend to be cooler-toned, or purplish, having more blue in it than brown.

Lol, exactly the same reasoning for me to get the red (and black) mesh ballet flats from H&M, as I am not very happy they are all synthetic, however I looove the style. Also they are very-very comfy. (I usually suffer with footwear.) In terms of color, I also got a Mango pair in white which are also super cute and comfy. No words about the scarf, it is amazing! Enjoy all your purchases! ❤🎉❤
I bought the snake-print sandals from your link, and they’re not that comfy, I agree. One side of the strap is too tight, the inner, and the outer side is too loose. I might have my shoe man remove the stitching holding the straps together in the center so that they can adjust better across my lower foot. (This stitching also irritates my skin there, it’s a very bad design element). Then, rubbing with Neatsfoot oil inside will help soften them and confirm them to my feet. The simpler the shoe design and construction, the more comfortably they are in general, I’ve found. Probably that’s why the brand Ancient Greek Sandals is loved by so many, they’re simple and high-quality leather.
I like all these brands except skims, I can’t wear those polyester/Spandex fabrics and have no use for those items. I wear silk undies, my hyper-allergic skin can’t take anything else, plus I overheat in synthetics, so it’s double trouble! I always love your taste, though, and enjoy seeng your finds🙂

Omg! Such beautiful pieces. I love your channel, your enthusiasm, and your style. But if I could suggest something. Try setting the pieces that you are showing us, either on top of the piano or on a table next to you rather then having them on the floor. That way you won't have to keep bending over and disappearing out of the camera frame. I think it would be beneficial to you and your channel. Ty for sharing. I really do enjoy your channel. The other thing that would help enormously, is attaching the mic on to your top, so that your hands are free, as I find it very distracting that you are waving the mic around 😊 … but agree, been watching for a long time and love the content, thank you ❤.
I like Lily Silk’s stretch silk bras. But, I’m a 34D and they are barely big enough for me, especially in the cups. They also have a ton of Spandex and can’t be worn under many items like tank tops because of the wide straps. They also cause back and side fat to protrude on me, 125 lbs., unlike other bras as I’m fairly slim, but this might be less so on thinner women. They are comfy, though, especially for smaller women. I just wish they made a larger size, one-size items like this will rarely fit anyone right. The selection in no-show silk bras is extremely limited, and I won’t buy any with seams, they always show, so this is one of the few options. I really hate bras and take them off as soon as I get home. At my age though, 64, and bust size, I really have to wear them in public and I don’t want any nipple show-through, men stare too much at my bust as it is, even though I’m only in the average/full range.

I haven’t bought any mesh shoes because I haven’t found any non-plastic ones. I also want them in true white, not ivory, but white is so hard to find in all apparel except cotton summer dresses, basic tees and shirts.
Zara shoes are quite confortable for me. I tend to go for their real leather options and they hold up really well. I got my fave sneakers from them 6(?) years ago and they're still alive. Only problem is the rubber sole is starting to harden up.

When it comes to bra’s I’m always in a fix. All I have seem to be uncomfortable 🥵 expensive once cheap once….all uncomfortable. When I get home the first thing I do is take the bra off. So it would be ever so good to hear more options. I did not try Skims yet. Let us know how you get on.
