Baked beans = gas in the majority of people. Tiffin is the tin the thing was baked in. I imagine you use up a lot of calories as a young working mother, but I’m a little concerned about your dietary habits. I think consulting a medically qualified dietitian while you’re young and can eat anything you like and being so busy I imagine you’re eating and drinking quite a lot of junk from takeaways. If you can get into good habits now and allow yourself a day a week to cheat (and maybe even a week or two after a breakup) then eat anything you want. Eating a lot of sugar or artificially sweetened foods and drinks will be messing with your intestinal microbiome and the wrong kind of bacteria and other micro-organisms will be starting to takeover and crowding out the vital intestinal flora which produce essential neurotransmitters that are needed to keep every part of your brain and body functioning optimally. Otherwise in your mid-30s you can probably look forward to bloating, discomfort in your belly, IBS, depression and excessive anxiety. I could be completely wrong and now is clearly not a good time to even worry about such things. When you’re a bit more recovered from the break up etc. maybe just have a think about seeing an expert on diet and nutrition. You’ll probably be avoiding a lot of unpleasant things later in life and you’ll also want Bambi to be getting the best nutrition from the start. I’m not suggesting a strict diet for either of you, but just to have that information about what you’re putting into your beautiful body and of course beautiful Bambi’s body. Not so much according to all psychological research, divorce for a child from 1-7 yrs old about guarantees (95%) a severe MH disorder, research and my experience as a psychotherapist shows. I am a child specialist and deal with kids from this age of divorce daily and it is heart breaking. Tearing a mother or father from a child is in no way something to be proud of!
