Nothing shatters the silence of the office/woods/meeting/nursery/RUclips video quite like Velcro. Loved this bag, right up until the terrible tearing velcro sound on that front pocket. I was hoping it was magnets or something else, anything else, holding that flap down. Great review though!!
Dear Packahacker. I love your youtube content but when I check out the product on your website, there are so many pop up ads, banner ads and auto playing videos that I nearly unsubscribed from the channel. I use a mobile device to view your content both on youtube as well as your website and all those attempts to generate revenue are supremely annoying. Please, please, please can you turn all those blatant attempts to generate paid clicks off? I know the site is just to make money but stop annoying us so much with them. And turn off the autoplaying videos. I just watched the youtube clip of the bag, I dont need to see it again against my will while trying to read the review and check prices. Just my two cents worth.
I would cut a small slot in the nylon panel and put the key leash in the outside compartment that I use to keep my keys. Easy solution without a lot of sewing . I'm guessing that most people will ditch the rain fly because it isn't attached.

Nice review. This bag is simple in design but has lot of features. I like the clam shell design.

This bike is targeted at bike commuters, thus the layout. That padded fron velcro pocket is for a u lock!
