To be totally honest: buying books is already therapy for me 😅

I would love to add 4 more books to this
    1) Upward spiral by Alex Corb for depression
    2) Rewire your anxious brain by Catherine and Elizabeth for anxiety
    3) Never enough by Judith Grisel for addiction
    4) How to build a healthy brain by Kimberly Wilson

@@nikitareads Upward spiral has a neuroscientific approach to depression while why has nobody told me this before has a psychological approach.
In why has nobody told me this before, the author talks about thoughts, feelings, body sensations and behaviour which keep us in low mood.
But I felt that she focuses more on the feelings/ emotional part and less on the thoughts part, so I read another book to understand more about thoughts, it was don't believe everything you think by Joseph Nyugen.
If you want a book that is both spiritual and scientific about the thought management, I would like to recommend the power of a thought by Swami Mukundananda. It's a wonderful book combining science and spirituality.
These books have helped me significantly
