Agree we lived in Hollywood I like sit but way to busy we lived off Sheridan I liked how close to beach but I would take PSL any day love it here
Thanks for the video.. I think in general.. the idea to show surroundings of your town is Right one. I’m sure city with population 300,000+ has many points of interest.

Hey C-Lo, I watch your videos often, I'm planning to move to the PSL area but I need some advise on the move. I'm a little apprehensive but its where I wanna be, I love the area. What's your advise on selling everything, looking for rentals and moving there. I don't wanna get caught between a rock and a hard place. (I apologize for being so lengthy!)
What's going on Gilbert Allen Lloyd. There are some things to take into consideration if you plan on selling everything and moving to PSL. I don't know were you live now, but I wouldn't move to PSL and rent. Over 75% of residents are homeowners. PSL is more of a retiree/ family oriented community. The job market is not the greatest either. That's why it would make sense to buy a home rather than rent. You get more for your money. If you need a good realtor let me know. Good luck
