Correct. Bone shape is the most overlooked indicator of facial ageing. That's why 60 year olds with fat transfer and no wrinkles still look old. Their bones have grown outwards, hollowing out their eye sockets and mouth region. Also, their skulls get bigger and that also gives their age away.
@@jsf5219 bone loss is only 10% of the equation, if you were to smooth/brighten his skin and get rid of all sagging and volume loss it would make him look so much more youthful than if you were to give him orbital or cheekbone or lower maxilla implants, i did the former on faceapp without changing his bone structure and the results were incredible. He looks old simply because of the general loss and reshifting on volume across his face
Billy Idol looked younger and in general more youthful ( and manly) prior to his face lift. It is unnatural for a man to have tightly pulled facial skin at 65.
The main Goal is to be healthy, then looks. I am 50+ but I look around 24 or so Im told every day XD by literally everyone, I started skin care at 14 after breakouts of acne and I keep myself moving I do a lot a lot for my whole body, face, inner health. I am very mixed race and that helps too. But in the end, Is all about skin care (sunscreen, retinol, moisturizers are your best friends) , healthy eating is key, as I said keeping yourself healthy over all is more important than looks, the looks come on their own. My father and his mother and her mother practiced skin care even before it was a thing. He taught me about this when I was younger. If the inside is healthy, it will show outside and you can start taking care of yourself at any age. I do two hours of exercise eat mainly protein and veggies, do face yoga and massages, use natural skin car and have a skin care routine. Natural is best if you have the time. The clothing you wear is also important as well as your hair style and makeup if you wear something from say 30 years ago people will assume you are older. Anyone can look 5- 10 - 20 years younger with just a bit of effort just keep being positive, don't focus on the negativity of others, there are toxic people everywhere that would want to hurt you with their comments, people will never be satisfy they will try to put you down weather you look younger or older and that is on them because they are insecure sad and pathetic... so surround yourself with positivity every day and never give up! you can do it! everyone can! Hugs and good luck!
THIS is goals for me! For everyone who is only obsessed with looking hot... once we're older and worried about mobility, the last thing we'll care about is how our face looks
To be honest, this is not youth this is more like a weird look.Sun screen is 1# when it comes to avoid aging. However when it comes to reverse aging, I probably have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 44 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (Never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin and instead spending thousands on useless creams (Again, not speaking on sun screen which is the most important thing), or other cosmetic producers instead of changing habits such as no AIcohoI, no smking, never sleep on the side of the face, drink plenty of water, daily sun screen, avoid sugar, exercise and mind your own business haha.
+1 for kora. I started doing microneedIIing since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my late 30's or early 40's. I assume it works so well because when we get older, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkIes. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful.
Being around phd’s and those getting their phd’s, he’s not sharing everything. There’s secrets and lies he’s not sharing mixed with the big lot of truth he puts out so that people think they’re getting everything
He seems like a nice guy but here is why he looks like Data from Star Trek: 1. His complextion. 2. The darkness in his mouth 3. His weird dye job. Which has gotten better in all fairness. I do appreciate his experiment and wish him the success he's looking for.
I started intermittent fasting and weightlifting two years ago to get those elusive washboard abs. It worked like a charm for my abs, but unfortunately, it also made my facial fat disappear. Now I'm left with a body that looks 20 , but a face that looks 60. I'm trying to put weight back on, but it's like all the fat is going straight to my stomach - not exactly what I was going for. I'm seriously regretting my weight loss journey now - let's be real, nobody's gonna notice your abs, but everyone will notice your face.
From a female perspective, nobody likes a bone but a dog, and even a dog likes a bone with a little meat on it. A little belly, but a nice face is attractive.❤
I would take as many collagen supplements as you can on a daily basis. I was in the same position as you as I wanted to achieve that almost unattainable goal of posing for body profile photos in my mid 40s. Before I started my training and diet routine, though, I was taking 3 different kinds of collagen supplements in the morning, a marine collagen booster powder to add to my protein shake post-workout and also a collagen infused pomegranate jelly snack daily as a supplement as a dessert after dinner. My face never hollowed out or sagged even after all that weight loss and even to this day people think I look like I’m in my mid to late 20s. I do have to dye my hair though regularly as it started to go grey a long while ago. I do admit to visiting my dermatologist once a month for various lifting and collagen-boosting resurfacing procedures but I feel like my daily intake of collagen supplements helped more than anything else. Also always wear sunscreen and never ever ever tan your face! My daily skincare routine is very simple; Daytime: cleanse, toner, vitamin-c serum, sunscreen. Nighttime: cleanse, toner, alternate between a niacinamide serum and a retinoid cream.
@@bokuphishp684 Amazing that this works for you ! Something to try really, but it might not work for everybody. Also you should avoid vitamin c serum in the daytime if your skin is sensitive.
If you look up older raw foodists, some of them look incredibly young, vital, and glowing. It’s the huge amount of natural micronutrients, structured water in raw foods, active electrical charge (“Vitamin Chi”), and especially natural Vitamin C ≠ Ascorbic Acid, that keeps the face looking young with ongoing collagen production and hydration. Collagen from animals is where they sequester environmental toxins which don’t care if the animal is labeled “organic grass fed” or not. Eventually all those toxins will catch up with a person and cause all kinds of damage and illness. Also, for those wanting to lose weight or calorie restrict the hidden secret is low calorie / high nutrient foods (which means plant based.) If you start your day with a fresh green juice or smoothie with a tablespoon of organic wheat grass powder, you’ll notice your body just doesn’t get hungry because you’ve given it all the nutrients it wants. It’s my belief that a big part of obesity / hunger is our body telling us we still don’t have what we need food-wise because we’re just eating food that’s d3ad in terms of nutrients, processing, cooking, and/or dead animals.
He's on TRT and HGH, multiple methods to regenerate tissue. Anything that accelerates cell proliferation is pro ageing. He's just vain. (Excuse me for my English)
Being so low in fat is what makes him look older, and him looking like he's so close to death was not just the face but his neck and exposed clavicle bones in his chest. He's starting to look like beef jerky on his arms. Your body needs fat to thrive. Your cells are made of it, your brain is made of it and needs it to function. Also, I think the oversized clothes don't help.
We need to have fat, but many people don't find fat attractive. For me it's clear that this man just wants to look good, because feeling good also has to do with being able to withstand your diet...
I am naturally "underweight" although I eat enough food and even more sweets than normal people could afford. I wouldn't say my body "needs fat to thrive", but I did suffer from people skinny-shaming me, giving weird looks and telling me to eat more etc. Nowadays I ignore it, I know my blood levels are good and all; so really this isn't MY problem. But it is true that my face looks hollower than others my age.
Not really. Bad genetics. My stepfather look way younger than him and no treatments and very thin and always at the sun still look younger same my father. It's genetics too. I am 32 and younger people said i am 19😂 other times 23😂 but i take care of my skin😊
I really wish that Brian didn't worry about facial aesthetics. It just goes against the whole ideal of LIVING longer. His original plan was not about LOOKING younger. I feel that he derailed his goal by worrying about the socials.
What makes you say that ? If you had followed a little bit of his work you would know that he actually does not care that much about his looks, thus people commenting all the time about it, the main goal of his researches is for him to stay healthy, with a youthful functionning body and brain as long as possible. How is that body dysmorphia ?? People kept coming for him saying he looked old for his age so if anything it's more an external and social pressure that made him go for the procedures to look more youthful, and because it was taking away all his achievements ( his bio markers being great for his age apparently do not matter for internet trolls) .
Yes. I like how Cindy Crawford said she isn't 25 and she doesn't have a need to look 25 because aging means she is still alive. Christy Turlington is the same. Of course they were stunningly and naturally beautiful back in the day so maybe that gives them the confidence to embrace wrinkles but I'm glad to be older. I am glad to have lived long enough to be a grandmother.
if you truly wouldnt mind your aging, you'd not do get drawn to anti-aging videos like this to search for validation. a person who truly couldnt be bothered about aging would not even entertain videos or channels like this, cause they'd be of no value to them. so deep under that coping mechanism of yours lies ocean of insecurity.
I'm watching this after watching The Divorce Lawyer, James Sexton. He said it best: The people who look the best, even with a little extra weight, are the ones in happy relationships. I agree. These folks who are in lack or not enough mindset (instead of an accepting and abundant mindset) look miserable no matter how much they spend.
You mean the ex who extorted him and he has spoken about and addressed the full story publicly complete WITH the court documents? That ex? @AnnikaOrne
I wouldn't even remotely say "down to earth". He's still a very rich guy, in a very expensive part of New York, who surrounds himself with other rich and attractive people. I'm sure he isn't slumming it with the people without med degrees, money or some sort of success. One look at his practice and it's super clear he hinges his business on attracting a affluent clientele that wouldn't want to be touched by a doctor who wasn't also part of the upper crust.
You are hilarious in your adorable, shameless self-promotion of your product line. You are one of the rare RUclipsrs who have 100% EARNED your right to do so. Your open medical education for consumers and honest, sensitive, pretty-judgement free reactions are always a joy plus a true contribution. Thus your popularity. Thank you. Super trustworthy source.
Dr. Linkov's non- judgemental medical expertise and candid realistic commentary it's so refreshing. I absolutely look forward to every one of his educational videos vantage points regarding beauty goals and surgery. Love you, Dr. Gary 🫶🏽❤️🙌🏻
I always thought that his goal was to live longer in a better condition of his body. I don't think that looking younger/attractive should be a big focus.
A stubble beard and blond instead of brownish hair would make him look a lot younger and fit his complexion better. Also a slightly higher body fat percentage is more attractive on him.
I think what stands out to me about the project is how much he does for very little improvement. Like yeah he's improved from what he was before but now with all the stuff he says he's doing I'm not sure the juice is worth the squeeze anymore. Plus he seems to be wearing a lot of make up especially in interviews with harsh lighting so it's hard to evaluate considering that as well. But he's simply too young to really come to a conclusion, maybe when he hits 70 it'll look more impressive
@@dammar117 yeah I had to look it up, he's 46, so actually it's even worse than I thought lol. But I just meant that most people can look decent at his age now doing far less than what he's doing, especially for how long he's been doing it. But at 70 if he still looks like this or better, yeah I'll wanna know what he's doing then lol
@@flatwhiskersHe seems to have been mislead in his journey towards eternal youth because he has actually cost himself in the process of doing himself a disservice 🤣😂😅 It took him 2 years to get rid of all of his fat, and in the long run he purchased fat for his face which his body rejected. Would it not make more sense to wait 3 months for his own body to produce the very little fat needed to inject into his face?!! He got new teeth which caused him a lisp so he will probably need a redo. I guess he's got money to burn...🤑🤑🤑
Dr. Gary, sincerely you are a real gem. Probably one of the best doctors who talk about medical procedures on RUclips, I wish you a long and happy life, I hope you take some time off to de-stress and relax, you are quite talented.
I love Sculptra. I'm 63 and have used, as needed, for nearly 10 years. Once I got the fullness I wanted every two years I receive another treatment. I feel much better knowing my own collagen and not fillers are being used on my face.
Can you substitute your sugar intake with organic dark amber pure maple syrup ? That's what I've been doing for years. I use it in coffee, kefir, lemon drink, gluten free desserts, etc. I can't eat raw sugar cane.....
I still think that he looks like Data and Tilda, but I don't think that they are ugly. Btw he is still relatively young. I know that there are people in the comments, that call him old, but they are probably teenagers.
Brian Johnson is a gem. He has guinea pigged himself in an attempt to provide COMPLETELY FREE and desperately needed medical research to the rest of the world. Some of the things he did took a toll on him. He has very recently started looking more physically young and less severe. I think people giving him some grace is merited.
This is not any usable medical research - it's not how it's done, you cannot collect any useful data saying you tested something on one person. This is a rich guy getting scammed and not even realising it.
I don’t think his research is very helpful since it’s only being done on one person and he is spending an insane amount to do so. Thus making it unattainable for the majority of the world. His research can’t be compared to any other results to see what is actually making a difference as well.
As someone in the sciences, I watch Bryan's N=1 with interest. Frankly, I wish that he didn't feel the need to try to fit into the current standards of beauty. His biomarkers look great, his rate of aging has clearly decreased according to his labs .. actually I'd prefer to know what a truly healthy individual looks like. For years we were sold that a tan was the mark of health - we know that's not true. You do you, Bryan, and keep in mind that these additional treatments may slow your goals.
Look at Jack Lalalane. Look at all the extra old people who exercised regularly well into old age. Those people are what good health at old age look like. Its not as pretty, but it is healthy and commendable.
Ja, ich denke genauso. Das Gesicht operativ wieder jung zu machen passt nicht zu dem was er sagt. Er wollte das Alter aufhalten. Beim Gesicht funktioniert es nicht....... Und nun....
Tans are absolutely a marker of health. Sun exposure isn’t the problem, the trans fats and seed oils people eat today are unstable fats and oxidize in the sun. That’s what causing skin cancer. Humans have been living in the sun for millennia without skin cancer, but have o Lu been eating these unhealthy types of fats for a couple hundred of years.
the people saying that he doesn't need to worry about his physical appearance if his goal is to improve his biomarkers should keep in mind that the public in general isn't gonna listen to him if he doesn't physically look young and healthy
I dunno why, but I really like Brian. I find him refreshingly honest and down to earth around the criticism and trolls (his reaction on some videos has me laughing out loud) but also his obsession with the science around aging and trying new things. Not many are that dedicated....or disciplined!
He's different that's for sure. I find him quite down to earth and honest. It's not like he's trying to brainwash people. His videos are very much framed as 'his' journey rather than a critique of other people
millions spent per year to try and live forever meanwhile you could be crossing the street one day and someone on their phone will run a red light and thats that
Or just invest those millions and live comfortably and without a worry in the world for however long you're about to. I'll never understand rich people and their choices. I guess they must get very bored. :D
I just eat for my blood type and feel healthier than when I was 18. It works. I had a few permanent cosmetic tweaks in my late 20's. But I think diet is 70- 80% of what you feel and look like. Also only eat organic, meaning real food without chemicals & growth hormones, etc.
I think you shouldn't tell other people that they need therapy. Nobody NEEDS therapy. It's a waste of money. And Brian doesn't have any fears, he simply wants to use his money to help people be healthier and live longer.
@Danny-t6b I don't. Nobody NEEDS it. And his habits aren't insane. You just don't get them. Maybe you're insane? I guess in that case you might need some therapy.
Doctor , you do look very moisturized. BTW notice how Brian keeps far away froom the camera, no cloose ups. I wonder why. And also his mouth gives away his age
We do have to hand it to this guy for being so open and sharing useful information with the scientific community. Many other people might benefit from this in the near future
I'm sorry, but I am soooo over people being obsessed with youth. WE ARE ALL GOING TO AGE, AND THEN DIE. FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO BE OBSESSED WITH. Be obsessed with learning new things, growing, teaching...anything but self absorption. I had my first kid at 16, second at 18, third in my mid twenties. I had a very stressful life and I didn't take care of myself at all. But I am about to be 52 and still haven't done shit to my face or body. No cosmetic surgery, no injections, not even a professional facial. And I hear ALL THE TIME that I look 10 years younger. And it isn't bullshit. I will clap for myself, because I DO look younger than all of my friends my age, including ones with work done. This dude chasing youth makes him look the opposite. He looks old and creepy, like a wax figure from a horror movie. Imagine that face 6 inches above yours at 3am when you open your eyes. Everyone needs to STOP IT. The key is happiness. He has wasted his whole life chasing youth instead of living. He will either die pretty young or live to be 100 and MISERABLE. IREFUSE to live that way..and I will keep WINNING OH.. and BTW....I don't have great genes and I have had MANY issues. After I spent a week in the hospital in Dec of 2020, I lost A LOT of my hair. It came out in MASSIVE clumps. I went into a major depression ...But I knew my 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids needed me. And I pulled myself up and went on. People need to look in the mirror and say "I am fucking awesome..fuck what anyone else thinks" ..and you'll be surprised how good you start to look...
Wise words, you have a great attitude and a real life 😊 Not that this gent's life isn't "real" but I'll bet you enjoy yours a lot more than he does. I know I do (also in my 50's and just don't care to spend excess time staring in the mirror).

@@nhinangiandoana study on ONE test subject is almost useless in research directed towards the public at large though… at best, all it could ever do is spark attention on a few very specific points TO BE STUDIED in actual clinical settings, on GROUPS of people, as double-blind tests. You know, like actual, proper scientific research - and that’s very unlikely to ever happen, as a lot of the things he’s trying are overkill (wayyyyyy too expensive and extensive to ever be considered for Jo Schmos). Not sure how that’s advancing medicine or longevity for humanity, tbh.
Hi professional trainer here, love your content always watch when I have time. You don’t need to reduce your carb intake, what you meant to say was you want to reduce 1:13 your sugar intake specially your refined sugar intake. Carbs are very very necessary to your body and quality of life. While refined sugars are carbs not all carbs are refined sugars. Science has in fact taught us not all carbs are created equal. Trust me, I would love for ice cream to be a protein lol. However you need the carbs from grains, veggies, and fruits to have a week balanced diet, to retain (or build muscle), to add in the recovery of the body and so on. PLEASE do not cut carbs. Yes reduce fine sugars. That said metabolically speaking and well as psychologically speaking: everything is okay in moderation esp if doing a little here and there keeps you stable the rest of the time
I have a friend who ate with a caloric deficit for years (IF) and lost so much body fat + built up lean muscle through resistance training but as a side effect of getting healthy, they lost so much facial fat volume - especially the periorbit. They mistakenly tried to fix the facial volume deficit with HA fillers and learnt the long, hard way how bad those are for your health and appearance (e.g. migration, swelling & water retention, Tyndall scattering as well as blockage of lymphatic drainage). Autologous fat grafting seems the best way to go for natural and youthful restoration of facial fat volume.
The way he looks in the photo at the 2:06 mark is wonderful-he looked so healthy there! Obviously it sounds like in spite of that appearance he was struggling with poor health, and it’s great that he improved a lot of his overall lifestyle, but ironically his appearance there seems healthier and more vibrant /youthful than what he’s looked like for the past few years. He makes a very valid point about how it’s unfortunate that people tend to focus on appearance rather than the underlying health of a person, and that people are dismissive of the incredible benefits he’s achieved simply because of his facial appearance. It is generally the case, though, that appearance is our first clue to the state of a person’s health, so it’s understandable to some extent. I think a higher contrast hair color and a bit of enhanced skin tone could go a long way to restoring more youthfulness to his look, whether from some natural sun (which obviously would defeat the anti-aging regimen) or some kind of high quality self-tanning product… regardless, it will be interesting to see where he’s at in another 25+ years, and whether all this will still be worth it.
As someone with Morphea a condition that results in the production of excess collagen , I wonder if there have been any studies regarding sculptra use and Morphea. Not many doctors know much about this condition.
I actually respect Bryan’s efforts and the findings that he shares. He has a goal in mind and he has the resources to mobilise his plans. Not my place to judge how the results are or how he looks, but I think what he does could be meaningful
Ever since your videos came across my feed, I’ve been watching them all. I love them, love the way your personality shines through and like your balanced way of analyzing things. Your videos make me think I might would like to get some work done, even though I had not considered it before. I probably won’t, but if I ever did, I’d want to seek you out for whatever procedures. I just think it’s funny how much I like these videos when I don’t even take the time to put on makeup anymore.
I like dr.linkov's videos because he gives different perspectives on procedures. The one thing that puts me off about my derm office is the constant up-selling of every procedure possible. Like, I don't need to be told I need filler for droopy nose every time I go in for mini botox *eyeroll*
He has a sort of lisp that I keep seeing with some people who have had some procedures like maybe a lip lift or facelift. What procedures can cause this lisp?
@leighfrost9116 yes, for sure, but I commented on the Dr.'s post because I have seen that some people develop a lisp after some procedures, and wanted to know which ones carry that potential side effect
He also apparently had some dental work and maybe that is what caused it. We would have to listen to him talk years ago to see if there is a difference.
Everyone will live as long as they're meant to , I watched a documentary about the oldest people in the world and one of them was a woman who's been chewing tobacco on a daily basis and she was like 100+
That's a scam....average life expectancy is like 50-60. 1% of populace lices to 90.... there aren't generations of people smoking and using products that kill your cells that are living longer than the rest of our species
Tobacco and nicotine are actually HEALTHY. That was probably what helped her live so long. It's the pyrazine chemicals in cigarettes that are unhealthy plus addictive.
My husband refuses to use face oils or good cream. He uses a drying cream. He already has bull dog wrinkles within a year or 2. He used to let me help him with his skin. It made a huge difference to do facial massages.
My father-in-law practiced caloric restriction for the last 30 years of his life. He would count out 10 almonds, 10 blueberries, etc. His goal was to live to be 100. He died when he was 100 plus 5 months old! I wish I had the willpower to do that.
@@suemclaughlin8319 Wouldn’t be a shame to forgo all the fun things in life only to die in a car accident? My last thought would be “I should have eaten more brownies!”
I've heard of this guy before but never knew his backstory. Learning that he suffered from chronic depression for 10 years makes me more compassionate. It can be very difficult to process the emotions of feeling like you lost your youth to an illness.
He looked so much better beforehand. Its actually very EASY to reduce caloric intake. I intemrittent fast as well as do prolonged 3 day fasting. Its pheneomenal. Also Dr, I have to say, I find you to be just so darn beautiful 😍
He clearly looks his age but maintains great skin care and possible subtle enhancements. People often equate youthfulness with attractiveness, but that’s not always true. Many become more attractive with age. The real goal should be to look your best at any age, not to chase youthfulness. While youth can signal good health, looking young and looking attractive aren’t the same-it's possible to appear youthful but still be unattractive.
This is so true. Maybe it's just because I'm also getting older but my husband is way more attractive now than he was 15 years ago. Salt and pepper hair, fine lines, etc look amazing on some guys. I told him it's not fair that he's getting hotter with age lol
“The real goal should be to look your best at any age…’ So, so true. And also for society to accept that there’s beauty at every age and not just youth. The media and Hollywood in particular tries to push at us that only the youth are beautiful and the reason so many chase youthful looks, but people can age beautifully and there’s an attractiveness to those lines, greying hair and ageing, that is fascinating.
I appreciate what this man is doing! He's experimenting with his own body and sharing with us his failures and successes. People mock him but he's on to something and we can learn a lot from him...
That man in the vid has that shiny strange look of someone trying too hard. there was a plastic surgeon that looked like that. too many creams/procedures
It might also be important to factor in the mental and emotional aspects when putting so much pressure on yourself, to please the people like Brian is saying here. Self acceptance gives a great deal of stress relief, self doubt brings the opposite. People who are very old usually have given up pleasing everyone from a reasonable age, so they did not have to carry that burden all their life. I think accepting our body and face, with the necessary care and applications should be a top priority for someone who wants to live a long and healthy life. Not caring so much about what other people think, to me equals being healthy and it gives us the stability to carry on with everything we love.
LOL on your Feel Confident facial moisturizer promo worked in to the video. I get a kick out of these videos even though I am aging naturally. It isn't pretty, but my time is too precious to waste in recovery or earning money for procedures. I had things done in my youth, but priorities change with age.
Dr. Gary, you forgot to mention that Ozempic face is also different than from just losing weight. You lose muscle mass and weight very quickly and the face sags.
But it isn't different. Weight loss is weight loss. People are just defensive because they don't want to give up the donuts they use instead of getting therapy.
@@cl5470I'm not sure about that. When losing weight it's normal to lose muscle mass as well but I've heard that Ozempic makes you lose more musles especially if you aren't doing any weight training. I've got nothing against Ozempic, I'm sure it'll help a lot of people when their doctor recommends for them.
@@EagleCuckoo I see your point, but doctors advise those losing weight to do muscle building exercises in tandem to keep from muscle loss. Those on Ozempic lose very quickly, and usually don’t exercise to maintain muscle.. Hence the sudden sagging.
Fascinating video! I find Brian’s efforts interesting, and hopefully the research will prove helpful. Dr Linkov, I really appreciated your commentary and information. Thanks for posting!
Bryan is a sweet man and I like him as a fellow human. His honesty is refreshing. There may be other opinions and everyone has a not so wonderful side to them but I see he is just like anyone else except has a ton of income.
It doesn't matter if you're youthful looking or aged as long as you're physically attractive.. that's what matter in human eyes (ofc what's inside is also matter, but we're strictly speaking about outside appearance)

What dermapen did you get?
Could you tell us which derma pen you used please ?

I started intermittent fasting and weightlifting two years ago to get those elusive washboard abs. It worked like a charm for my abs, but unfortunately, it also made my facial fat disappear. Now I'm left with a body that looks 20 , but a face that looks 60. I'm trying to put weight back on, but it's like all the fat is going straight to my stomach - not exactly what I was going for. I'm seriously regretting my weight loss journey now - let's be real, nobody's gonna notice your abs, but everyone will notice your face.
It's because of your age, You need a fat transfer for the face to resolve that

Yes. I like how Cindy Crawford said she isn't 25 and she doesn't have a need to look 25 because aging means she is still alive. Christy Turlington is the same.

Before looks better than after
I would definitely go to Dr. Linkov he is so honest about what is best for you!
He has a sort of lisp that I keep seeing with some people who have had some procedures like maybe a lip lift or facelift. What procedures can cause this lisp?
Some of us are just born with a lisp:)
@@starveartist Oh! Never knew that could be the result of some work done. Interesting side effect if indeed this caused it.
Can’t lisp be corrected with either surgery or speech therapy? Does anyone really have to have a lisp? Asking for real!!!!
2:10 I don't think he is "putting himself out there". I think he is mentioning all of the basic ailments we suffer from, this way he has a sales base!
You are so incredibly likable! 😊I enjoy your content and find myself smiling every time I tune in❤
Dr. Gary’s is very knowledgeable and I appreciate so much that he makes this information accessible for us!
I LOVE Tilda, so I would perceive that as a big compliment. But to each their own
imagine what he could do if he put all that time and energy into literally anything else
And the research that he’s doing that’s actually benefiting medical science?
He's already rich af of his own making.
He's started and runs multiple companies. What are you doing with your life?
aw seems i've struck a chord in the rich guys fanboys lmfao get a life dudes
Fr.
So we should all start doing drugs and smoking vapes and sleeping around because "everyone will live as long as they're meant to"?
@suzettemiller9444 Please go back to the sixties. No one believes this shit anymore.
That chiseled look was better. He was attractive. Youthful and attractive not always the same things.
You look great, Doc👍🏽❤! Love your always kind & respectful way of relating information.
He turned into an elderly Chinese lady.
The advertising of your cream was funny 😄
My favorite part.
Thank you so much!!! I requested this! I love your channel, Dr. Gary☺️
The Grimace BBL folded me over laughing. This is such a serious, straight video and then that pic came up 😭🤣🤣😭
I know a 30 year old who took Ozempic and not long after needed to have her gall bladder removed.
My husband refuses to use face oils or good cream. He uses a drying cream. He already has bull dog wrinkles within a year or 2. He used to let me help him with his skin. It made a huge difference to do facial massages.
A drying cream? Why would anyone want to look dried out!
When he talks about caloric restriction, he means forever. That this will increase lifespan. Not just to lose weight.
My father-in-law practiced caloric restriction for the last 30 years of his life. He would count out 10 almonds, 10 blueberries, etc. His goal was to live to be 100. He died when he was 100 plus 5 months old! I wish I had the willpower to do that.
My grandpa did none of that and drank his whisky and died around 114. Of course, he had our local diet that doesn't have the modern advantages.
fuck that! I'm only planning to live to 40. I can't be assed living past that.
@@suemclaughlin8319 Wouldn’t be a shame to forgo all the fun things in life only to die in a car accident? My last thought would be “I should have eaten more brownies!”
@@STak-ju7gx does he live in one of those blue zones? He's got some super human genes, nevertheless.
@@STak-ju7gx you mean 'modern disadvantages', right? Cause local diets tend to be more natural?
So well said. It’s a much more healthier mindset long term.
He is 50 and lokkks like aguy in 30's , stop the capppppps
He looks younger and attractive both of them
This is so true.
I suddenly have the urge to buy Feel Confident facial moisturizer
He's only 47?! He looks great for his age, but that's about it. However, by comparison, Sandra Bullock is 60 years old and looks many years younger.
She's also getting lifts and botox though, you'd much rather make your body do the heavy lifting
I appreciate what this man is doing! He's experimenting with his own body and sharing with us his failures and successes. People mock him but he's on to something and we can learn a lot from him...
Doctor, you are the best!!!☺️☺️☺️Thank you for what you are doing!
To me he is gorgeous! He passes on all his knowledge and that's what I love about people
Exactly. He's a good person. And he's happy. There are plenty of good looking "cool" people who are selfish and miserable.
Dr. Gary has beautiful skin.
@@cl5470 you sound so desperate for this rich guy to notice you fighting his battles
But muscle mass is weight... When losing weight, you lose muscle mass and vice versa. In most cases, weight loss is just weight loss.
@@EagleCuckoo I see your point, but doctors advise those losing weight to do muscle building exercises in tandem to keep from muscle loss. Those on Ozempic lose very quickly, and usually don’t exercise to maintain muscle.. Hence the sudden sagging.
It's like the Steven King move Thinner. Too thin equals an ageing face look oh boy!
The BBL meme lol
Wild 😂
Fascinating video! I find Brian’s efforts interesting, and hopefully the research will prove helpful. Dr Linkov, I really appreciated your commentary and information.
Thanks for posting!
I love Bryan, you can tell he is such a nice guy.
I appreciate your forthcoming attitude. Thanks
Bryan is a sweet man and I like him as a fellow human. His honesty is refreshing. There may be other opinions and everyone has a not so wonderful side to them but I see he is just like anyone else except has a ton of income.
Reading on his trial with his ex girlfriend changed my mind about that
Sweet man? Do you know him personally?
Dr Gary, love your personality and honesty 😊
He's refreshingly informative !
I enjoy Dr Gary's videos immensely, while planning to not do any of the procedures for at least 10 more years. They are so relaxing!
It doesn't matter if you're youthful looking or aged as long as you're physically attractive.. that's what matter in human eyes (ofc what's inside is also matter, but we're strictly speaking about outside appearance)
