What do they want? Why can't they get it? What do they do about that? Why doesn't that work? And finally, How does it end? Or the process I heard that goes like- They want BLANK, but BLANK happens- therefore they must BLANK. And how you can repeat the but BLANK part to always introduce new obstacles for characters to overcome.
