Damn, that's some real agricultural manufacturing, no safety, no final assembly of the units, just parts in a box. The LEDs are reflowed by putting the PCB on a hotplate instead of a reflow oven, if this is the state of manufacturing in India, they are a long, long way behind China.

I get amazed by comment from illiterate people like you. This is one local manufacturer based on which you have accessed the state of manufacturing of all companies in India. This manufacturer may not make everything up to specification and quality, but they are sure cheap. If you want a quality product and are willing to pay the price, you can buy Bajaj, Crompton, Havells, GM Modular, Wipro and other products from major manufacturers in India and there's no dearth of them in India, they will be only marginally more expensive and much more robust. Get yourself a good perspective before announcing to the world of your stupidity and making a fool of yourself on a public platform.

Thankfully it is not the state of manufacturing in India. There are far better companies like Orbit, USHA, HPL and even Philips which know how to do QC.

this is actually more interesting than seeing machines assemble it.
I was thinking the same thing! If you have to strip a machine away to shave costs, a company can actually be much, much more nimble because, while people require pay and benefits (I do not want to think of little that might be), time off, etc., they have the most remarkable, nimble, easy to retrain and retool with the skill an automaton does not come close to emulating. People will always have a part of almost any industry we can imagine because of the skills will possess or can be trained to possess. Better people are always the secret ingredient. History backs me up.

I feel so sorry for the poor workers. There is no protection against work accidents. They don't even use glasses when using the drill. Gloves are out of the question. After all, they used the clothes from home, they even had "those good jeans" for the day of filming. Probably many workers get injured in these factories.

Cheap product, but looks like they are put together well. Does the U shaped mounting bracket just bounce around inside the shipping box without any padding? Seems like the product and the bracket are going to get all scratched up during shipping and handling. Oh well, who cares....
С техникой безопасности все понятно, но блин, когда монтажник скрутил пачку проводов руками и намотал изоленту.... Дальше можно не продолжать, электрики поймут. Самое интересное, что они не понимают как этим видео они себе делают антирекламу.
для внутреннего рынка пойдёт. там пацаны без сизов в покраске порошком работают. это не очень для здоровья полезно.
Да и "на горячую" проверять исправность светодиодов ресурс точно не продлит. Крепление без шайб тоже доставило.
@@Mikhailusfuck правильно что на горячую проверяют пайку и ток для проверки минимальный, лучше сразу скорректировать положение светодиодов при пайке и убедиться что паяльная паста полностью расплавилась чем потом повторно греть всю плату

Всё было очень даже не плохо, пока на последней стадии, просто не забросили болты крепления планки, и саму планку в коробку, чтоб оно там все болталось, и краску царапало.

быстро перегорают те что без бп идут, от перегрева дохнут в основном, радиатор слабоват.

@@user-el7jq9fw7v Покажите мне хоть один светильник сделанный в Индии на рынках России. У нас все с Китая, а вот то что в Индии делают, выглядит гораздо качественнее. Поставили 3 драйвера, а могли бы и два, но все же за репутацию думают.
Потому что выжимают последние соки из светодиодов. От этого ещё эффективность сильно страдает. Лучше взять меньше мощностью, но более эффективный. Хороший 30вт и поганый 50вт запросто могут иметь одинаковую яркость. Это при честной мощности, с ней тоже наврать могут.

Can someone explain why they are using 3 separate power adapters in parallel? Isn't it more power efficient to use a single 100W adapter?
probabely it cost less for market reason
Easiness of customization since if each adapter is 50W or so they just double/triple/etc for higher wattage plus buying same in bulk probably saves more.
