50 or more years ago I worked at Marconi in PCB stage 1 and stage 2 assembly soldering components in by hand I remember a machine worked by compressed air that made the holes in the PCB by punching in the holes it sounded like a machine gun and was cnc operated great film how things have changed.
Nowadays, most jobs are replaced by machines, and precision CNC machine tools are used in the drilling process.
Environmental Management Challenges:

China is going to be developped country yet. US and Europe countrys contamined enviroment too, many years ago. They are developped now...

@@christianvalenzuela225 Mistakes of the past don't justify making more of the same mistakes in this time. Nobody can or will force China doing things different, but China itself will also suffer from pollution and destruction of it's own land.
Smart people learn from others, average people learn from making mistakes, and dumb people learn nothing, as they already know everything. What do the Chinese people want to be?

Not just designing the machines, it's the people who actually build them that is an 8th wonder of the world. The complexities of these machines is phenomenal.
Круто смотрится, вспомнил молодость. В 17 лет (1989) я устроился на Каз. РадиоТехнический завод(КРТЗ в АЛМА-АТА), конечно мы не могли даже мечтать о такой автоматизации, но всё работало. А в рабочем поселке (г. Алма-Аты) строился завод Робототехники (уже огородили и забили сваи). Но два урода горбачев и особенно ельцин развалили Союз.
Сейчас на месте КРТЗ ТРЦ МЕГА, а там где должен был быть завод робототехники другой ТРЦ МАКСИМА.
Очень обидно.
Может оно и к лучшему что развалился, этот ваш союз всяких неудачников накачивал оружием кредитами, все террористы в мире пользуются советским оружием, может уже была бы третья мировая
А сейчас на месте стадионов и заводов ЖК и ТЦ строятся - это тоже два урода виноваты?
Впрочем правильно строятся, нам заводы и стадионы не нужны! Мы теперь сырьевой придаток Китая, радостно высунув язык туда нефть-газ засылаем, обратно нам бусы шлют, всё Валберис, Озон и ЯМаркет ими заваленно.

very nice and enjoyable video; but it would be far more interesting if there were some subtitles explaining what every single step (drilling, etching, solder mask, etc.) serve for, especially for who doesn't know how a PCB is made.

прекрасное автоматизированное производство односторонних плат для ширпотреба, но еще в 80 годах в СССР мы делали сложнейшие 16 слойные материнки сейчас мало кто знает что это такое и это был высший пилотаж, нам показали сравнительно простое производство в технологическом плане односторонних плат под маской ,конечно уровень автоматизации был ниже и приходилось брать обьемы большим количеством работников

In Europe, you need to pay expensive labor costs. These factories run 24 hours a day. There is no reason for anyone to do this kind of work in Europe.

Weil hier in Europa/Deutschland die Lohn- und Nebenkosten zu hoch sind. Ich selber bestücke Leiterplatten mit SMD Bauteilen,der Kunde gibt Endpreise vor die du kalkulieren musst,dann gibt's nur den Weg die Leiterplatten in China fertigen lassen.
自动化程度还可以再高些，而且还有很多明显的缺陷，做板的类型肯定很受限制。
단층pcb는 돈이안되지 pcb는 층수가 높을수록 비싸지니까.인력도 많이필요하고 공정이 여러번 반복되기때문에 그에따른 불량율도 높아져서 선진국에선 거의 생산안고

Automation & Robotics, couple that with AI & the entire world could soon be seeing the '01' revolution just like 'The Matrix.'
Whilst it is indeed a captivating process to watch, I often wonder how far is eventually TOO far with this Tech & its applications....IMO 🤔
Only way mankind survives is by merging with computers. Otherwise we will be left in the dust by sentient machines powered by quantum chips... And it will be even worse than in cyberpunk dystopias, we will be reduced to less than ants. In the Matrix machines needed humans, in reality sentient machines don't need humans. Maybe as a zoo exhibit or part of a nature preserve XD
And I think it will happen, soon people will walk with TV googles in front of their eyes, then those helmets will read our brain activity, then comes a direct 2-way connection to the brain with help of biocompatible nanotubes or whatever.. It could happen this century

This plant and many more have been closed and shuttered with no intended restart date.

Very poor presentation. I did not like it. The music was playing all the time and no description was given about the process and the finishing was not shown clearly. Besides this, I appreciate Chinese industrial's automation and development in advanced technologies. Chinese are great people and China is a great country. What China is today is a dream for most of the well developed countries of the world. I am also learning Chinese and would be visiting China one day.

I agree on the music, I actually wanted to hear what each machine sounded like. That’s neat to me I used to go with my dad to work at a semiconductor plant and the sounds and smells stuck with me, it was just fun to watch and hear it all.
