Keep in mind all gameplay videos, are made with 14900K+4090+32Gb DDR5 6000 ram. And even with said setup, game used DLSS. Plus it's UE5 game. As much as i love S.T.A.L.K.E.R series, this time i will wait at least a month, watching gameplays to see about optimization(s).

Upgrade your ram you only get 7.5 available from 16 gigs and most games need over over that to run well. Check it out you probably have ddr5 so just check what sticks you have and get the 32 gig version
@saltycrusader3107 yo my bad i just upgraded and my friend did to a 4060 and we both started with the 16 gig ram so I just assumed lol well you should be fine they have use in 4060 benchmarks at 50 fps and with dlss 3 we have 75 flps benchmark on high settings
If I'm just looking for 1080p at 60fps, I should be okay with my i7-12000H and RTX 3060, right? I'm not looking to play on high, just medium. I'll probably even sacrifice some shadows in the settings if possible, I don't have the keenest eyes for the smallest details. I just want 60 fps.
Take in mind it‘s with max. settings - wich means features like nanite and lumen active wich are inherently hardware hungry. I suppose the game is pretty optimized. there just is hardly any hardware on the market, that can run that stuff properly.

I don‘t think handhelds will be able to / get a dedicated, optimized version to play the game. as for cloud gaming: haven’t heard anything on geforce now. you should always check first, if they even support the game. xbox cloud SHOULD work. better double check with the xbox store

You can literally use frame generation with RTX3000 series cards too , it has already been confirmed that FSR3.1 frame gen is also in the game and it is possible to use it with literally all GPU models "You'll also have a choice of Nvidia DLSS or AMD FSR 3.1 upscaling, with further potential framerate-juicing from DLSS 3 and FSR 3.1 frame generation." - copy paste from from last night's rock paper shotgun article , besides that, I read somewhere yesterday, although I don't remember where I read it, but anyway those nvidia benchmarks were apparently done with the previous drivers, not the new ones that came out yesterday, also keeping the graphics settings only in the max position is, to say the least, questionable benchmarking, couldn't it have been tested with low and medium settings as well, wouldn't have demanded too much from nvidia, at least I trust that I can get reasonable FPS readings in the game, taking into account that so far almost every game made in Unreal 5 that I've played has run steadily at at least 70-100fps
you will be good in medium high setting with just dlss. Your gpu is faster than 4060 wich got 40 fps in max setting without frame gen, so in medium-high it's good

no it does not. check benchmarks. same CPU, at 4k resolution it gets 61fps with an RTX 4090 without DLSS and only 76fps with DLSS. it‘s a tiny bit better without DLSS and much worse with DLSS

Sure, but I'm pretty sure that Xbox will not play the game at 1080p, and settings will be around medium to high, there's epic quality after that. Plus raytracing. So no, it won't run this game even close to the max graphical fidelity that PC's will. And I'm not shitting on Xbox here, it will look good and play well on it.
For now no benchmarks for those but you can try and compare your cards' performance on average on the same resolution against some of the nvidia cards in UE5 games
Im a little worried.. My PC cost me about 1200 bucks a while back. It uses a Ryzen 5 5600G and a RX 6600xt GPU. By this information I should be able to play medium settings st 1080P and get reasonable frame rates.. but I got a feeling the games gonna run worse than expected for most people. It is UE5. It is open world and its a possibility to me that it might not be all that enjoyable unless your system is super beefy. No telling what kind of optimizations they had to make to get this game running on the series S. For all we know it might be a gutted experience to get that 30 lol. Kind of like how Cyberpunk was.

According to the devs my rx 6800 xt and ryzen 9 5900x can do 60 fps 1440p high which is good enough for me . I just hope its smooth

traversal stutters is a bug in the engine, specs don't change it at all. unfortunately

No. Benchmarks indicate it is cpu limited at 80 to 85 fps on a 14900k. Probably because of the A-Life system.

The benchmark is a little weird because there is hardly 2% difference between the RTX 4090 and the 4080 while the 4090 is much faster than 4080

T&L is kind of isometric. That's made a huge difference than 1st person view world rendering, and that's why has good performance.
