What’s insane is I’ve learned way more about business from watching this guys RUclips channel than any class I’ve taken so far in college. I’m about to be a fucking senior now mind you. And I’m in the correct business program that’s supposed to teach us about online marketing.
Hey it's me again, commented on your "Building a 100k/mo business" - Did what you said in there and just signed my first client for that Google management service - got at least a meeting a day for next week, still firing 450 mails a day. Thanks man
One thing to consider is leveraging case studies in your sales process; they can significantly boost trust and perceived value, making it easier to justify higher prices and longer commitments.
Just discovered your content, loving it so far! One question tho. Cold email currently needs to be done without links for best deliverability. So how do you prospects know you're an authority if you don't link anything to your content or profile? Before I would link my profiles and VSL in the first email without issue but that's not how it works anymore.
Thanks for the great RUclips video! Could you create a video on what steps you would take if you lost everything and had just 30 days to earn a minimum of $5K to pay your bills? Assume you have the same skills you had when you first started, a laptop, and $100 to spend.
There needs to be a distinction for point #2 I would rather pick an agency that specializes in 1 area and crushes that niche than pick an agency that gets mediocre results everywhere and is jack of all trades.
Sup Daniel, I'm in kind of a weird niche.. I serve large goverment contracting companies, I have a unique set of high value skills, but I usually have to trade time for money (like a high $ per hour) and I'm not sure how I can actually scale this.. other than becoming a staffing firm and placing bodies on contracts.. Any ideas? And/or do you have a paid service where I could pick your brain for like an hour to see how I could morph this into charging more money and signing more clients ?
Quick question, how would you position a web design agency? I love the one you came up with for short videos "30 shorts a month for 2h of your time" - so far the offer i have is * unlimited desings a month for xyz amount
ps figuring out how to source, vet, hire, train, maintain, and manage a call team was DEFINITELY a pain in the butt in the beginning, took me about 8 months to get it to the point where results were consistently super solid
Good afternoon Daniel, I am really keen to join internet money group. Can you please tell me how much money should I start with until i get profitable and reinvest the profits back to the business under your guidance?
But a lot of small business owners are broke, even those with high profit margins. Should you transition to something like ecom or have a better offer with revshare so you can have higher upside? Luv u bro
@@danielfazio Thanks brother, you're giving immense value in these videos I decided to start posting videos on youtube because of your advice. Thank you
Agency Owner #2 point was spot on. The value proposition is higher, and the retainer rate will be higher, too. However, wouldn't you need a sh*t load of testimonials to back up your claims of providing 6-8 services in one offer?

Can't be learning from the poors, brother (your professors who make $42k/yr before tax)

The idea that you can only be good at one thing is wrong

I love your effort brother but I’m not going to just give the answer to you. You need to approach the market and test it yourself
Hi Daniel, kinda new here. Should I join your client extesion as a complete beginner? Do you even accept beginners? Yhank you
Client Ascension** and no sir that’s not for beginners. internetmoneygroup.com is for beginners 🤝

True wizard knows how to give value 😂❤

Thanks bro it was 68 in my house
I'm a roofing marketing company that double qualifies leads for clients 👀 but I am also a nobody so your statement is technically true
ps figuring out how to source, vet, hire, train, maintain, and manage a call team was DEFINITELY a pain in the butt in the beginning, took me about 8 months to get it to the point where results were consistently super solid
Can I appointment set for you?
Good afternoon Daniel, I am really keen to join internet money group. Can you please tell me how much money should I start with until i get profitable and reinvest the profits back to the business under your guidance?
A couple hundred dollars probably
But a lot of small business owners are broke, even those with high profit margins. Should you transition to something like ecom or have a better offer with revshare so you can have higher upside?
Luv u bro
Don’t work with small businesses. Ecom doesn’t automatically mean big business. Just approach larger businesses regardless of the niche
I have a question about the Agency 1 & 2 example from minute 5. If a agency is more niched, shouldn't it charge more?
What I explained has nothing to do with a niche. It’s just doing more stuff for the same niche
Hey bro how did you film this? Screen recording or was it an app?
Screen recording with OBS
Does this work for copywriting/copywriters??
It works for everybody brotha
Hey man what website do you write this video script on? I need something for my youtube videos so my audience can follow along
Gamma!

Those aren't claims - they're bonuses. Claims would be promising a higher end result, which you're not
