Real name of the song is "13th struggle"
for all you people who dont read the info...
I just named it axel's theme because its just more like him and it reminds me of him when I hear it...its just opinion.
I also put this video up to teach people to read the INFO it helps some videos that really mean for you to read it! do it before commenting! before you make yourself look like an idiot....I WILL NOT delete comments that criticize me and say i'm an idiot for putting it as the wrong song title.

I have met Axel's voice actor before. Got his autograph right next to his character on a rare poster for KH 1.5 HD. Best way to do it. He thought the poster was awesome. Axel still remains one of my favorite characters from KH.

I just wish the game had better controls. More like how Legend of Zelda and Dark Souls had. But I consider Kingdom Hearts has the best hud, sound effects, music, and jrpg elements.
@@noisemarine561 I don't see any problems with the KH controls (except for a few things in the first game and everything in Chains), and I can't see the controls for Dark Souls and Zelda in KH, I find it a bit slow bought in the series (mainly DS)

How did axel or Lea returned to be a person if he hasnt got anyone to Return to
It was clarified in BBS, that if the Heartless containing a Somebody's heart was destroyed and the heart was released back to the darkness, (essentially with a keyblade, since otherwise the heart would just be taken by another Heartless), and then that person's Nobody was destroyed, that person would return to being a Somebody.

His whole speech before you fight him has got to be his most badass quote. And I quote:

Seriously though, that battle was amazing. Fighting Axel with Roxas using Oblivion and Oathkeeper together and just destroying Axel even on Critical mode was so satisfying.

TLOZ Fo Life Sora's cool, but by the end of the prologue Roxas had been my favorite character with Axel being a close second. On second thought make that a tie.
At the beginning of the game I was like wtf, where's Sora. But I came to really click with Roxas and I got excited to play as him through the rest of the game.
Sadly it wasn't meant to be. But at least he got a good send off.

I first got into Kingdom Hearts at about 14 so I didn’t know enough about character analysis stuff to know back then.
I wonder if I'm alone on this but he looked to be a much more sinister character in chain of memory. he was mysterious and he seem to only toying with us
He’s one of those characters who I liked at first because he has red hair, but then got to know his character better and I liked him even more
I think it's mostly the version of CoM you experience. Re;CoM was made after KH2 and with Days probably in the works, so Axel takes advantage of the extra expressiveness that 3D provides to come off less like a psycho than he does in the GBA version.
The final fight between Axel and Roxas in the intro is one of the best parts of the entire game, *especially* if you know the story behind it

Axel was my favorite character in KH II (and in the series I like Saix and Demnyx too) that scene where he died nearly made me cry on my first playthrough XD.
My first reaction was "He is just your typical bad guy" but later on you see a caring side (especially in 358/2 Days) and that he was wanting to help Sora and crew. I miss KH II a lot but im re-playing it again fr PS3 this year and can't wait i also can't wait fr KH III :D

Somehow, I can see a little deeper into the song...the beginning, like when you first meet Axel, is wild and crazy. Like it's spinning out of control. Then, as the song progresses, like the game, you see it's not so bad, but sort of softer...then it becomes passionate, soft, and wild all at the same time. A perfect fit for Axel.

my first time playing kingdom hearts 2(unaware that this was a sequel or even that was called kingdom hearts TWO),i just remember being a little sad for Axel for some reason,maybe because i felt for him and that i thought it was sad he had to fight the best friend who doesn't even know who he his.or because i felt for Roxas and that he had to beat the shit out of a guy he didn't even know until then,a guy who claimed to be his best friend,a guy who he'd have to fight if he wanted to get out.
it wasn't until i played the game for a third time(after i played 358/2 days),that i finally understood and felt what he meant when he said: "The Roxas i knew is long gone."

it's incredible how time flies. I remember listening to this song on this video back when I was a 10th grader in high school. Now I'm 25 and I can't believe this has more than a million views.
I can't believe this video's been out for 14 years (as of when I posted this comment) and only has 1.7 million views (again, as of when I posted this comment). I feel like even something simple like this deserves more views than that, because I feel that Kingdom Hearts is severely underrated and deserves more positive attention than it gets.
I blame my dumb name for it, when I uploaded it I didn't know the real name for the song and just liked what played during axels fight. Doesn't matter though... It's an old gem for our little group of nerds...
@@forlexer I mean, I don't mind the name, considering I originally thought this WAS only Axel's theme when I first played Kingdom Hearts. I didn't realize until later, when I played Chain Of Memories for GBA and Kingdom Hearts II that it was basically the "VS. Organization XIII" theme. So, in other words, I understand why you called it "Axel's theme."

This song is called 13th struggle which is used in every organisation 13 members fights except for xemnas and xigbar however the publisher wanted to call is axels theme cuz they felt like it

Its mostly due to the lack of content. Now that there has been new shows that have come out since KH2, there will be ALOT of content. The devs even said the game will be substantially larger than its predecessors.

Well, I am a big KH fan and i Can say that Organisation XIII have the best bosses for all KH games (for me) because of the carismatic characters .... they are awesone , and if u have played 356/7 days u might know that Axel is THE BEST ....
