I boil my porkchop for 45 mins before frying, with crushed garlic, 4tbsp of vinegar, 2 bay leaves, 1/2tsp of whole pepper corn, 1/2 tsp of salt. After boiling, i remove it from the pot and let it cool down, i pat it dry with table napkins, seasoned it with garlic powder and a bit of salt. I then dredge it to all purpose flour and egg and then flour again.

But I would like to try either adding a bit of lemon in the brining solution, or a few spritzes of lemon peel to the second breading, you know, just to try. I like lightly breaded, that's why we have the best versions of all things breaded and coated, lumpiang prito, camaron rebusado, camaron relleno, tempura, and some fried chicken...and too much breadiing absorbs grease...

Vanjo may mga ingredients ka na hindi ko ginagamit sa pagluto ko ng pork chop mahilig akong mag experiment kaya yong mga ingredients mo na hindi ko ginagamit ay susubukan kong idagdag sa ingredients ko. I prefer the single coated, the dipping solution for me spicy suka with minced garlic & onion, simple but yummy!
Hi Vanjo! If you want it more Crispy & Tasty. You can add 50% Corn Starch on the Flour plus Salt/ Pepper to make it deliciously Crunchy. Try it.
