    I prefer the single coated, the dipping solution for me spicy suka with minced garlic & onion, simple but yummy!

    Hi Vanjo! If you want it more Crispy & Tasty. You can add 50% Corn Starch on the Flour plus Salt/ Pepper to make it deliciously Crunchy. Try it.

    I boil my porkchop for 45 mins before frying, with crushed garlic, 4tbsp of vinegar, 2 bay leaves, 1/2tsp of whole pepper corn, 1/2 tsp of salt. After boiling, i remove it from the pot and let it cool down, i pat it dry with table napkins, seasoned it with garlic powder and a bit of salt. I then dredge it to all purpose flour and egg and then flour again.

    hI! And now i Know how to prepare this "brine solution". Only salt, pepper and bay leaves and water and the manner how it is stored and for how many hours or minutes. Thanks Chef Vanjo. You are really good!

    lahat plus kanin plus sawsawan,idgaf sa iba basta anjan sa lamesa,i appreciate every grace na nakahain sa lamesa,hindi lahat nakaka kaen ng pagkain na maayos,iba nag babasura pa,kaya kapag nakita ko mga kapatid ko na nag iinarte,sampal agad or hampasin ng plato

    Hello Chef Vanjo, for me I like it both. I'm a pork person so it wont matter but, I'm really very glad that now I have a new recipe for frying pork chop which is my favorite foods. Thank you chef Vanjo for sharing this recipe. It's going to be my menu for today. God bless you and your family.

    No coating, just seasonings. Eat with a mixture of fresh sliced tomatoes and sweet onions to go alongside rice 😍

    Yung mom ko nag Canada. So kami nalang ng mga kapatid ko at tatay ko naiwan. Wala marunong mag luto. Salamat kay panlasang pinoy natuto nako mag luto para sa family ko :)

    For me, dikdikin ang pork tapos i marinate sa kalamansi at konting camel soy sauce at bawang at asin, tapos i coat sa itlog tapos sa harina din i deep fry, ang sarap

    Both light and double breaded. Important to me is the brine marinade and the marinating time. But I would like to try either adding a bit of lemon in the brining solution, or a few spritzes of lemon peel to the second breading, you know, just to try.
    Great recipes and great presentations; I'm subscribed. For all my Filipino cooking references, yours is my go-to site, first and always.

    Thanks for the recipe. We tried your recipe for dinner last night but instead of deep frying, i used the air fryer. It was nice and crunchy. My daughter and husband loved it!

    I like lightly breaded, that's why we have the best versions of all things breaded and coated, lumpiang prito, camaron rebusado, camaron relleno, tempura, and some fried chicken...and too much breadiing absorbs grease...

    Hi! Vanjo may mga ingredients ka na hindi ko ginagamit sa pagluto ko ng pork chop mahilig akong mag experiment kaya yong mga ingredients mo na hindi ko ginagamit ay susubukan kong idagdag sa ingredients ko. Ito ang ginagawa ko para ma improve ko ang pagluluto ko ng iba ibang pagkain nag momodify ako simetimes. Salamat uli sa tips mo. God bless.
