This song sends an deep message, if you look closely. People know about romance/action/comedy genres but they don't know much about "Theatre of Cruelty". Don't go by direct meaning of this word, it actually means that expressing those emotions which cannot be expressed by words. This youngsters are protesting against this office culture by making specific gestures in that song(when they drink tea they wish to say condemn the monotonous office culture, they also show an scene when everyone pays attention to only money in their life).
Step Up 4 has one of the most artistic performances, dances and art out of the series (my opinion)
