Once they start hatching how long does that process take from start to finish? And how long do you leave the babies in the incubator before move them out?

Once they start hatching, leave the babies alone until the last one hatches. Do not open the incubator unless you have too. The babies have a yolk sack that will take care of them for a couple of days. There is no set time for the hatching process. Sometimes they will all hatch in just a few hours. Sometimes it will take longer. I have had eggs that hatched three days apart. If you open the incubator while they are hatching and you cause too much of a humidity change, then you can cause the membrane inside the egg to cause a sort of shrink wrap effect around the chick. This will make it hard for them to move and they will not be able to get out of the egg. It is kind of like putting your body inside of a garbage bag and putting a vacuum hose in the bag.

Which incubator did you get best hatching rate?

I've had better luck with the Maticoopx rather than the Nurture 360.
