As a person who studies Japanese and relies heavily on books, I sometimes get confused on a lot of things and one of those is the ている form. Your channel always helps me to easily understand the topics that aren't explained clearly in books.

I love the format of your videos and the emphasis on highlighting what people will say in various situations, when I learn new grammar I’m so often wondering if it sounds rude or dumb lol. Your videos really clarify honorifics and have such useful practical sentences.
WOW! I subscribed for your Patreon. And I could not imagine how much easier and more fun learning becomes. Although I have a Japanese Teacher, I only can talk with him 2 hours per week. With your products, I can listen and speak whenever I want. I'm a bit older, and probably because of that I need more repetition than I used to in order to remember vocabulary. But with the tools you provide, I feel like I can do it just as fast as I used to when I was young. A big THANK YOU for your work!!!

Suggestion for next topic - difference between "te iru" to describe an ongoing action, versus "te iru" to describe a state.
Example:
窓を開けています。 I am opening the window (now).
窓が開いています。 The window is open.
