You are so fortunate to be able to travel so reasonably in Europe, with convenient public transportation, cheap airfares. That's why you see us Americans traveling to Europe when we have the opportunity. And we can enjoy your informative videos and beautiful places through both of you, hoping to visit that same area one day!
It's true, we are quite lucky with the traveling within Europe. Mainly the cheap flights for like 20-30 euros make it affordable to travel for almost everyone. And all the countries are quite close to each other, so that makes it easy. We like showing you all these various pretty places, so glad you've been enjoying it 😊

I love Gran Canaria, It is a wonderful island with many things to do, I stay near the Yumbo centre , Handy for the night life , the beach and days out.. This is where i tried Parasailing for the very first time and loved it.. I also love the walk to Roque Nublo..
Yes, we definitely agree, such a great island. So cool that you tried various things 😉 We are mainly into nature, so we were exploring many pretty places 💚
It is wonderful that you get so much time off and are able to vacation so often. I haven't been on a proper vacation since 1997.
It's very nice. And we earn quite less here compared to the US, the average salary is lower. But it looks like there is better work/life balance here in Europe and we are glad traveling is quite cheap within Europe. This whole trip with everything (flight tickets, accommodation, car...) was approx. $600 per person. So we are quite lucky in this regard. Of course, when we fly from Europe to North America the flight tickets are much more expensive.

Hi guys, so glad you are enjoying our bit of paradise, I escaped plague island soon after the referendum vote result was announced and was determined not to let a knuckle dragging electorate destroy the rest of my life. After much research before I gave myself the green light to come, I found that gaining legal residency, paying ALL your taxes, living with the locals in a small town and learning the language was essential along with integrating and avoiding brit enclaves with their exceptionalism and disinterest in local culture. Love from San Fernando Gran Canaria.

Peter I never misunderstood you regarding your frequent trips but rather I am surprised by how easy it is for you to visit such amazing places, which fills me with joy for you.
The passion fruit here is known as "maracuyá" and the guava ( quince) as "membrillo", this last one is not consumed as fruit but as jam.

A warning: when the water is not pottable it should not be used to brush the teeth either. I know, you survived.

Hi Liliana, thank you 😊 In Czech we call the fruit "marakuja", also the same as you 😁 All the roosters were making us feel like back home, haha. But early in the mornings we were closing our bedroom window, because it was too much 😀 Regarding the water, it's what the guy that was checking us in said, that we can brush our teeth. So maybe it would be risky if there were some bacteria, but in this case maybe it was something else, like too much iron or something. Who knows...

🇲🇽👋. Hello from Mexico! Cute house! And we love Peter and food. The passion fruit we have here is also yellow, maracuyá in Spanish. And your guava (guayaba in Spanish) was not very ripe yet. Our guayabas here have a yellow flesh not the pink variety, and they have a different flavor. I like the pink interior ones best. I bet there are hibiscus flowers for tea there as well, but it is not any hibiscus, a special one to make tea. Jamaica in Spanish. We love Tommy and Peter, especially Peter eating😋. 💕💕💕

Yes, geographically it's close to Northern Africa, but the island belongs to Spain, so politically it's Europe 🙂
This is our main original channel. Don't get scared, the old videos are quite terrible and awkward, so don't watch those, but from maybe last 2 years they are better 😀 It's a mess because it's a mix of travel and garden videos, but oh well.

Haha, we didn't know that. But we still had to sweep the floors before checking out of the house, so it was easier to maintain it clean with our shoes off 😁

We could also imagine living there. Mainly during winters as we don't like those back home at all, they are so boring 😊 Tommy always finds the best places and often it is a surprise for me, yay 😊 You need to go there one day. We will definitely be back on the Canary Islands, there are still some we would like to visit. La Gomera and La Palma sound interesting to us 😊
