There is a time difference from the baking temperature depending on the oven specifications, I think it's because the baking temperature is low. If the baking color is light and the inside is not cooked well, raise the baking temperature a little and adjust the baking time by looking at the condition of the cake~
I tried this recipe and they were really tasty! But how do I prevent them from falling?... At the beginning they were really big und fluffy but then they were small... Q-Q Thank you for any help!

I think it'd be good to extend the baking time. It's a souffle, so if you bake it and take it out of the oven, the shape will sink a little~

따라해봤는데 맛있었지만 식을수록 모양이 쭈그러들더라구요ㅠㅠ 제가 짤주머니로 반죽 짤때 잘 못해서 그런걸까요??
제 얄팍한 지식에 의하면 흰자 거품이랑 반죽 섞을 때 오버믹싱해서 그런거일수도 있어요!!
머랭은 어느정도올리면될까요?
대만카스테라보다는 더단단히 하나요?
대만 카스테라 만들 때 보다는 단단하게 휘핑해 사용했어요~
뿔이 확실히 서는 정도로 휘핑한 것 같아요~

원래 굽고 꺼내면 처음 보다는 가라앉아요~

다 만들고 식힐때 수플레가 쪼그라들어요ㅠㅠ
수플레 케이크라서 원래 오븐에서 꺼내 식히면서 조금은 가라앉는 편인데 너무 많이 가라앉는 다면 속까지 완전히 다 익지 않았을 수 있을 것 같아요~ㅠㅠ
