    I made it today for my mother's birthday. I had some trouble with the cream. The chocolate was probably too hot on the first try. The second attempt was ok, but not as perfect as in the video. Never mind, they taste delicious.

    오오 굿b 맛있어요 ㅎㅎ 머핀은 퍽퍽해서 안좋아하는데 크림이 있길래 한번 만들어봤어요 근데 크림이랑 같이 먹으니까 전혀 안퍽퍽하고 더 맛있어요 입 짧은 딸래미 머핀 하나 다 먹었어요 ㅎㅎ 앞으로 머핀은 이 레시피만 애용할려구요^^ 레시피 진짜진짜 감사합니다~ 쿠킹트리님이 올려주신 베이킹들 따라해보면서 나름 실력도 늘고 ㅎㅎ;; 베이킹 재미도 느끼고 너무 즐거워요~♡

    진짜 맛있어보여요.. 실온에서 밀봉해서 하루 숙성하면 더 맛있다고 하셨는데 크림을 올린 상태에서 실온에 둬도 괜찮은가요~? 아니면 속을 파낸 상태에서 하루 숙성하고 크림을 올리는 게 좋을까요?

      크림을 넣기전 구운 상태에서 하루 숙성하고 다음날 속을 파내 크림을 채우면 좋은 것 같아요~

    크림 도전 2번했다가 망했어요 ㅠㅠ이게 초코는 중탕해서 따듯하고 생크림은 실온을 해도 나중에 분리되더라구요 ㅠ 마지막 크림을 못맞추겠어요 ㅜ

      When a recipe calls for almond flour, you can replace it with any kind of nut ground to powder in a coffee grinder, blender, or food processor. If you don't have any nuts, you can use regular flour to replace but be careful not to overmix.

      If you don't have almond powder, you can substitute flour for it, but it tastes better when you use almond powder~

    i recook this recipe yesterday, it was easier than most chocolate muffin recipes i ever found. it wasn't that sweet so if you have sweet tooth you probably need to increase the sugar level. i had problem with the cream, i can't make my cream as good as what cooking tree have in the video. maybe, i need to look for other brand or maybe my kitchen was too hot that day. another problem is my muffin become so stiff and it hard to swallow the next day. usually muffin become softer the next day after you bake it, but this muffin is not. though it's come fluffy when it came out the oven. my best advice is make this recipe and eat it in the same day. it'll be more tastier.
    for the taste, it was all good.
    tasty as long as you have best ingredients with you.

    이거는 중탕 안하고 버터랑우유는 온도 상관없이 살짝 데유기만 하면 될까요? ㅠㅜ 중탕하는 이유가 멀까요?

      조금 휘핑을 하다가 넣으면 되는데 초콜릿을 넣으면 금방 뻑뻑하게 크림이 올라와서 생크림이 몽글해지기 시작할때 조금씩 넣으며 휘핑하면 좋을 것 같아요~

    In my country, the muffin pans were not measured by cm. It is usually by 2oz, 3oz or 4oz per hole. May i know the size of your muffin pan by this measurement? Been looking for that kind of pan, that is deep and tall ☺️ Thank you! Btw, im a super fan of all your works!!!

      온도를 따로 재보지는 않았어요~
      80도 정도의 따뜻한 물에서 중탕으로 녹여 바로 사용했는데 괜찮았어요~

      I haven't checked the time accurately, but the cream is on the hard, so it's okay to leave it at room temperature~

    I checked through the comments and haven't found anyone that's actually tried the recipe. I made this and my cupcakes didn't rise. I follow your channel and have made a lot of your recipes but this one failed. Cupcakes came out dense, no rise at all. Baking powder was in there. Any ideas?

    보관은 어떻게 하나요? 냉장보관하면 빵이 딱딱해질거같고 실온에 두면 크림이 녹을거같은데 실온에 두고 몇일까지 가능한가요?

      크림이 들어있어 냉장보관 하면 더 좋은 것 같아요~
      케이크가 냉장실에서 숙성되어도 맛있더라구요~
      빨리 먹는게 가장 맛있지만 1~2일 정도는 보관해도 괜찮을 것 같아요~
