How do I, as a client, prepare a proposal for help from a smm?
Can you create a social media proposal before an interview?
Do you send the proposal after the client accepts or do you send it before when your trying to get them as a client? Im trying to email a potential client kind of like a "discovery call" but through email.
Normally you send this proposal after the initial discovery call so you know what their requirements actually are and before they make a final decision as the proposal will summarise most of what was discussed on the discovery call but will add a few extra items in and clarify the pricing you may have spoken about. It would be better to conduct the discovery call as an actual call (video or phone) than via email imo. Hope that helps.
