Love this! Owner for 1 year and agree with all you've said! Quarter bandits is one of my biggest issues besides service companies that work on my machines and don't fix the problems, but still expect to get paid!
One problem is that there are some people who feels they can take bad advantage of Unattended Laundromat facilities. Businesses also does deserve to make money. I always seem to feel Democrats jeopardizes businesses while Republicans benefits businesses.
The challenge with the ATM model is that banks generally dislike ATM businesses. Most banks won't permit these businesses to open business bank accounts.

Owning your own business is not easy. I would never ever ever own a business where I have to deal with people. Never! I don't have the patience or correct attitude....
Folks, when you take the change from the laundromat and don't use their machines, you are costing them money. Now, the owner has to go to the bank to get more quarters. That costs gas and time. If you need quarters for your apartment, go to the bank like an adult. Get a roll of quarters and do your laundry. Why is this even a discussion?
People have no idea and you have no reason to explain anything to anyone. However, this is very entertaining and I can tell you for sure that you are much more polite with these bums than I am. But word gets around not to hang out in the laundromat, and that's just the way it has to be.
Yeah we just got a little over $4000 change machine a brand new one and I had to pay for it and as I know like my other chain of machines I've always said to people they just don't stand here and just make me money but I said without it it's hard for me to make so you know I try to put it to home like they they should look at it from my point of view You not there point of view not owning anythanks they don't even own the car they buy here pay here and it so if I was you keen and I'd been in this over 50 years right at it with my family I Let it run off of me like water

I wish there was an ATM that dispenses change. Insert $1, get charged $.25-$.50, insert $5, get charged $1, so on ans so on.
