@@ITSARAPPTTRSI sold that sub I now had a focal sub. I was running that sub on a pioneer 8701. I'm running a vibe amp on my speakers but hope to upgrade it soon to do it justice
Very nicely done - quite similar setup to my TTRS from a technical perspective. I'm running the audison bit ten processor into a seperate 5 channel kenwood amp. Went with focal speakers (3 way up front, 2 way in the back) and 2 12" focal subs in a custom build in the boot. Bit more room in mine being a coupe but as you said in the video, it blows the B&O away - and in many ways, it's so much easier to upgrade the standard setup than the B&O too - hence why i found one without when i got it lol. Nicely hidden and looks like the sub comes out easily if you need the boot space.
I added a small 8 ich subwoofer in my Audi TTS 2017 found it made a big improvement , Cost was £100 for the subwoofer £120 to be fitted . No changes to the current set up.
I was planning on taking the door cards off today to see the install but it hasn’t stopped raining. I’ll take them off at some point and post on my instagram
@ITSARAPPTTRS not worth it for me mate I've only driven it 1k since September and have just installed the spc-400tt kit from alpine and a nice pioneer head unit so that will do for me 👍🏻
I had a great set up in my old Escort RS turbo back in the day... Custom made bass tubes and rear shelve and a powerful amplifier.. Pioneer front speakers..Aww those were the days 🙌🏾😜
My friend had an rs7 with b&o but not the regular but upgraded. How you know is that the speaker covers is aliminium. Silver color. He upgraded to aftermarket stereo, way better. The b&o is indeed a god stereo. My tt has the regular b&o and th rs7 was notably better than mine when it had b&o. Not sure if you can get the b&o+ in the tt.
I would imagine the RS7 has a higher spec system as the car is larger and considerably more to purchase. The TT doesn’t offer anything more than the standard B&O so the upgrade is the only option. I had the middle spec system audio, one down from B&O which was terrible so the base one must be atrocious.
Very nice Dazzle, makes me want to start saving up for something similar 😈 Have you tried playing music directly from the USB's yet, should give an even better audio input?
If you have b&o, you can just buy a subwoofer £99 and feed the leads through yourself or a car audi specialist for £100. I'm on a budget build. Probably wouldve considered this if i had a rs model 😅
Sorry mate, I too have to disagree with you there. I have had the B&O for 5 years in my TT and I expected a LOT more from it for the price and the name tag. My TTRS now only has the basic system and I will be putting sth. like R4ppy in it. Aftermarket installs will in 99% always be leaps ahead of what you can get from factory. but nonetheless, I am happy for you that you are enjoying your B&O! ✌️
Nice system 👍🏻 luckily I have the B&O which is definitely good enough. I do have one question have you ever been pulled over for your illegal number plate as it’s a show plate??? Enjoy the new system buddy you can’t beat a good bit of music whilst drive even if the engine noise is awesome 👍🏻
Thanks mate, No my plates are legal except I need a slightly larger gap between the 4 and P but police don’t stop you for that unless it’s totally obvious and ridiculous. As for the sound, I had the system just below the b&o and it was terrible. Now I’ve everything I need
I've got the Audison apk165 in my mk7 golf and have previously owned Audison apbx 8 subwoofer
Do you have a sub and amp with the APK165s?
@@ITSARAPPTTRSI sold that sub I now had a focal sub. I was running that sub on a pioneer 8701. I'm running a vibe amp on my speakers but hope to upgrade it soon to do it justice
Yeah that's better than B&O in my TTRS 😊
Its night and day
Got few bits from them for my s3 sound amazing ❤
Nice, its good to have them not too far from me

Thanks mate, yes super pleased I did it. 2 x 12” subs must be insane! Yes the sub can come out easily from the boot. When the roof is down its mental

Have you got the B&O set up?
@@ITSARAPPTTRS Yes i have
Can we see what the installation/speaker looks like.
I was planning on taking the door cards off today to see the install but it hasn’t stopped raining. I’ll take them off at some point and post on my instagram
Were the speakers you fitted previously from SCR not up to the task?
Yes, they didn’t do the job for me unfortunately so replaced them
Happy New Year Darren. Amazing upgrade!
I hope things are on the up from what you previously talked about in you last vlog?
Thanks mate and Happy new year to you too. Everything is all good and on the up
@ITSARAPPTTRS Good to hear!
Belle vidéo 👌 😉. Et Bonne Année 👍 😉
Bonne année 🥳

What a great set up mate thanks for sharing 👍🏻
Cheers Chris, you TTRS next?

Definitely sounds great.. Some serious bass and tops, I have bang and Olufsen.. But no way sounds like that..👍🏾
Yeah it’s a big bass set up but the high notes are super clear too. B&o not anywhere near as solid as this
I had a great set up in my old Escort RS turbo back in the day... Custom made bass tubes and rear shelve and a powerful amplifier.. Pioneer front speakers..Aww those were the days 🙌🏾😜
i remember those days too. Bass tubes were all the rage!

I follow the cas channel
👌🏼
Great video man, any chance we could get some sort of POV drive video/review of the car? or like your experience with it after x months ownership?
Thanks mate, appreciate. Yes this is coming soon, I have been meaning to do this for ages
Very nice Dazzle, makes me want to start saving up for something similar 😈
Have you tried playing music directly from the USB's yet, should give an even better audio input?
No not exactly, do you mean sticking a usb cars reader into the usb ash tray or straight from the phone usb?
@ITSARAPPTTRS a USB stick in the centre console so the feed goes through the Mmi and hence audio...should be a better signal than via bluetòoth
@ oh yea that’s the only way I play through my phone as it charges at the same time too.
Cost?
@10:30 buddy
The prices are in the video but total including installation is £3100

Unfortunately I didnt have the B&O so thought i’d go all out and get a proper system way better than the B&O
Have to disagree with you Raap, the Bang and Olufson sounds system is out of this world. Just add a subwoofer and you are good to go.
Unfortunately when you put them side by side there is no comparison but the B&O is a good enough system for most
Had a couple of Audis with b&o and if you think its the best you have not tried aftermarket stereo.
