Really helps me in my struggle roride my horses well and better after my surgeries for 2 new hip replacements and knee replacement and next week foot surgery. I am 74 and had to retire last year at 73 from teaching school. Now my goal is to show my horses again and overcome my fears. Thank u for posting these motivational speeches!

It's comin! That was the point I got to after 6 years of being down and once I started talking like that I could feel that it had already begun. That 6 years was the worst time in my life but I knew the lower I went, the higher I'd be on the other side of it. It was hard to keep that in mind during that time but I knew it would be true even if I couldn't see how yet. As of 4 years ago I started back on the upswing and I have never been happier in my life than I have the last 4 years. I started working on taking control of my mind for 2 years and then continued that and started getting in shape the last 2 years and I am literally happier by the day. I have no relationship, don't even want one, I hang out by myself a lot because I'm always trying to spend my time now trying to improve myself in some way, either physically, mentally and/or spiritually. I started slow in the beginning and just kept adding on and I'm now in the best shape I've ever been physically, mentally and spiritually. As tike went on I spent more and more time each day working on myself. After 4 years I'm at the point I wanted to be, so from here on I'm working in exceeding where I wanted to be. You'll get there and when you do, imagine how bad any mental or emotional pain you've dealt with and know you will be happier than you were sad and hurt, I promise. I have been so happy, my body has naturally started producing whatever it is that Zoloft does. Seriously, I tried those before and didn't like it, but I didn't understand the feeling. I literally have that feeling inside every single day naturally. You will too. Just remember spend at least some time each day working on yourself however you see fit. Even if it's a little bit each day, it adds up in no time. You'll get there and it will be far more beautiful than any pain or depression ever was ugly and scary. I'll say some prayers for ya.
