i really like destroying tech. i destroyed my own chromebook around a year ago with my friends, but i got my grandpas 10 year old toshiba chromebook and when i was planning on destroying it started wondering what else i could do with it. so after about a week of experimenting, i disabled write protect by taking a sticker off of the motherboard and booted windows off an external drive. and then i ran fortnite off of it. it was pretty insane to see some really old useless hardware run modern games, even if terribly, it was a pretty cool experiment. this video was really fun to watch and i dropped a like to support.
why bother to fix such a shitty machine? no hate against older pcs, i have some stuff from 2012 which still works amazingly with a bit of linux magic, but older chromebooks are just terrible and not worth using.

i normally wouldnt support destroying electronics but chromebooks are worse than useless so good job kid
It was locked anyway so it was a thin paperweight

You unlocked a new achievement!
Destroying a Chromebook.
Rare achievement
nice, would be so scared doing this stuff because would get in huge trouble
all fun and games until you realize you can run linux on it by flashing UNLOCKED bios with an spi flasher and a linux installation media
I ain't doing all that for a chrome book
If the kid would have had any expertise in technology, it would have been possible to refresh ChromeOS and restore the Chromebook.
Only 1k views this deserves way more also there was a point to destroy that because it was locked
THANK YOU BRO FOR DESTOYING THE WORST LAPTOP IN THE WORLD
MADE BY GOOGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SUBSCRIBED
good call, even homeless wouldnt like a chromebook
no one -"we love our chromebooks"
"we treat our chromebooks with respect"
UNDER RATED AF BRO

This is what I call a "not clever" American kid having fun destroying a computer. I bet that a repair shop would have been able to fixe it
You must not be very "clever" either.

You are the reason why there is a 2-month wait to get your Chromebook fixed.
yeah, hes gonna have to pay for this prob, if he still goes to that school or they want it back.
@GamingAndRCs, the Chrome book is like 10 years old. The school has upgraded to ipads now
