My goodness, the only thing that looks decent in some of those neighborhoods are the TREES...... Look like a throw away hidden town forgotten that there're people living there.
I feel so sad right now to see how my home town look like a dangerous ghetto.
Look like I saw Washington Manor Apartments , a place I lived at once. Look like it could be crime infested area now....... Southside of Beaumont wasn't a nice area ANYWAYS.
WoW, just so sad.
Thanks for the showing.

I left last year when four guys were shot up across from Alice Keith Park. Far too dangerous for a town its size.
New Mexico? Colorado? Arizona? Pacific Northwest? Wanna see some new areas man
Pacific Northwest would be a good one. Lot of hoods in Yakima, Spokane, Longview, North Portland, etc.
Phoenix AZ I dare uuu...
My family moved into this "hood" in 1900 and lived here till the mid-50s. I lived here in the 70s. It had gotten pretty low rent by then.
