Can’t forget JFK. Such an amazing performance. RIP
I LOVE Donald Sutherland. Exquisite actor and was a leading man in the 70s in films like Klute, MASH, Don't Look Back, Body Snatchers, and Ordinary People (incredible performance). My favorite movie he's in is Six Degrees of Separation in 1993. RIP legend.
RIP to great actor he be missed
"Invasion of the Body Snatchers" punches well above its weight. It genius work from everyone involved!
RIP Donald Sutherland a sad day 😢 lost one of the greatest actors. A great selection of movies of him but one of my favourites of his movies is actually Lock Up plays a really good bad guy in that movie 🎥
Kelly’s hero’s is one of my favs with him.
ORDINARY PEOPLE.....that is an amazing movie....directed by Robert Redford....Mary Tyler Moore plays against type...Timothy Hutton plays the son and Donald Sutherland is the father....
I’ve always loved his movies and him away from the cameras over the decades.
Backdraft looks fantastic in 4k.
I need to upgrade! I saw a side by side video & it looked amazing!
@@thelastmoviestanding I just have it on digital but want the 4k disc. The colors from the fires really pop on my tv.
MASH, KELLY'S HEROES.....you should check those out....he is one of the greatest Canadian actors....RIP Mr Sutherland.
Beer Fest!
Sutherland Underrated GEMS
Bear Island (1979)
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)
Don't Look Now (1973)
The Rosary Murders (1987)
Lesser role GEMS
Citizen X (1995)
JFK (1991)
He was so good as Oddball in Kelly's Heroes
I havnt seen that yet, never heard of it honestly 😂
Kelly's Heroes and MASH, all you gotta know.
Would really like to see more videos like this about different actors, obviously not just after someone sadly passes away. Nice to see a channel where its not just the obvious films all the time.
I'd love to see what your favourite films are of...
Samuel L Jackson
Steve Buscemi
Michael Keaton
Robert Carlyle
Nicolas Cage
Etc etc
Obviously this is really sad as a great actor
Been really enjoying your videos though Man
Feel awkward posting it on this video but Hope you know what mean
Keep up the great work man and hopefully this channel will get alot more subscribers as you bloody deserve it
If you have not seen Lost Angels (1989), definitely check it out with Donald Sutherland and Adam Horovitz (Adrock) from "The Beastie Boys" Great channel. Always enjoy your videos.
Thanks! ive never heard of Lost Angels but will had it to my list
One of his best movies was, Space Cowboys with Clint Eastwood.
I was watching this at like 4am Georgia time while waiting on an encode to finish 🤣 good 💩 brother... Donald Southerland was a legend!
lol thanks man! His talent will be missed for sure.
Ad Astra on 4k is stunning. And is very cheap in Europe
its cheap here too, only $10. im going to grab it just being stubborn lol
You need to check out Kelly's Heroes and The Dirty Dozen, He is great in those.
I'll for sure add those to the list. i've never seen these.
Ad astra in 4K is absolutely amazing especially that opening scene makes me feel like I’m actually falling to earth. Feel like that movie is so underrated
It’s so underrated! I would argue it’s more beautiful than Interstellar
@@thelastmoviestanding ohhh thats hard I absolutely love Interstellar as well and Christopher Nolan just knows how to really make you think. His movies blow my mind
Great list! You need to start watching 70s films that Body Snatchers is great. Buffy the Vampire slayer is classic hoping we get a 4k soon.
ive very slowly starting to appreciate 70s films lol im working on it
Check out Forsaken. Its a western starring Donald and Keifer Sutherland.
that sounds kinda dope! ive never heard of that 1 before
Very good video I haven't seen a bunch of those but as a huge Gene Wilder fan I would highly recommend the movie start the revolution without me you're not much of a fan of the movies from the 7 days but if you enjoy gene Wilder it's great to see thumb interact and DVD commentary is hilarious but there is no blu-ray
thanks man! ill definitely add that to my list
'start the revolution without me you're not much of a fan of the movies from the 7 days but if you enjoy gene Wilder it's great to see thumb interact and DVD commentary is hilarious but there is no blu-ray' might be the longest film title ever.
I'm kidding, but, due to a complete lack of punctuation, it's highly difficult to tell where one sentence ends, and the next one starts.
