I do appreciate the fact that you all actually get on these cars when test driving them. After all, that's what everyone wants to see and hear. Also nice that you point out flaws. You at least seem to be honest and that says a lot these days.
When I returned from Vietnam I bought a '73 LT. Medium Orange Metallic. Black interior. Turbomatic transmission. 350 cui. It would burn rubber. Went to college on GI Bill. Ran it hard in the Smoky Mountains of NC. Moonshiners highways hugging' those curves. Wish I could post a picture.
Posy-tronic rear axle differential , no slippage to the left or right on the take off , both tires in the rear turn together at the same time , still burns rubber , good for drag . Had one for 3 yrs , great car , indeed .
That Camaro looks awesome. Stance is great, and it's the perfect wheels and tires for it. Love those old school Cragar SS wheels with some fat white-letter tires.
Love the fact that it is a LT and says it with pride. Bc I would bet they are rare for several reasons people wanted the rs or z28 back then and the LT cars didn't get much love. And I bet most of the ones still around are rs or z28 clones. Im building a 1983 mustang glx convertable and making a gt clone would be easy but im going to do a gt style hood stripe but instead of the gt at the bottom mine will have glx bc thats what it is. Keeping the luggage rack on the trunk and all.
sounds good looks mean great stance. awesome. Type LT was a trim option that replaced the RS trim option because of the new retracting bumpers. So you can have fun with a modified car and not feel guilty
Perfect in every way do not put the stripes on leave it just the way it is. And by the way Black is the official racing collar for NASCAR. Also according to paint a chemical engineers black is the most aerodynamic much is said much is written about the color black you can look it up I’ve done a lot of research black gets the best mileage and it looks awesome
My brother bought a new one with a 307 and it ran pretty good. That car is not even remotely stock. It's really nice but not stock. Only the body is stock.
Bunch of little keyboard “experts” trashing this car, probably driving a effing Prius, if you can’t do better then keep your opinions to yourself, other than that the camaro is awesome! Thanks for the video! I’m rebuilding one just like it.
Drive both youll know which one you want. Dont shop by value these arent investments. Buy the one you flat out gotta have Only investment youll find is how fun they are to drive.
On RUclips the dealership is Maple Motors in Tennessee they have a 1970 Chevelle with a 454...Might be a true SS.. it has the phone number and the location and I'd say it looks just as good as that car they want maybe $23,000 for the 1970 Chevelle I live in Florida and me and my buddy are going to head up there they must have over 500 cars and they're all from the 50s 60s 70s even into the 80s... they had a 1977 Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am with the right engine in it for $18,900... I found the 1967 Chevelle Super Sport was a 396/ four Speed...$22,800...Check it out last time I looked they had a 66 Chevelle 67,68, 69, 70, 71... out of all the cars they have I don't think any of them are over $30,000 Tops
@@melbourne-heat.69-71 You better get underneath the dash and car. Seen a few "nice" cars there but most are very old builds that are beaten to death. Careful!
This was my dads. He was the original owner . I loved this car. It was a sad day to see it go.
That is very cool thank you so much for sharing. Hopefully someday we can find you another one
The car came from miles city mt. If the new owners ever have questions they can contact my dad. Thanks for this video my dad loves it.
@@michellegilbertson2437 do you guys have videos of it I wanna ask your did about the cam too !

Man! Why’d you let it go?!
Holy cow, I’m a Mopar guy and was shocked to see how fast this car was. Loved it!
That thing is perfect. Whoever buys it please take good care of it. And drive it! Dude sorry your dad had to part with it. He does excellent work.

Those wheels look ⚡️AMAZING⚡️ Also, good call with no striping 👍🏻
I love the old split-bumper '71. I had one and I loved the handling and the fact that it had gauges and a tach.
Z28s had the split bumper?
@@fastdude2002 no, it wasn't a z-28, just a Type LT iirc, which replaced the old SS trim package . . .
@@fastdude2002only the RS came with the extended front nose and split bumper !

Had one in 1973. One of my favorites of all time
Great cars
I've always thought the 73 is the best looking Camaro out of all the generations!
Only if you give it a split front bumper mod...

Love the plumbers tape holding up the fuel line coming out of the tank!
Id redo that with hardline so it doesnt get ripped off from road debris

Is this car still for sale?
I bought my '73 Camaro LT with a 350, 4 bbl carb., off the showroom floor at the dealership in Ft. Worth. Final price.... $4,200.00.
niiice dude
That’s about $25k with 2021 inflation. You can’t buy a muscle car for that money these days.
@@jjrock5 Agree....mfrs are pricing double what they should be.
You guys do an excellent job. Watch Maple Motors and their janky cars to see the world of difference in the quality of the cars and presentations..
Not trying to troll but most those are overpriced junk. Most the comments are his followers off other social media.

Love the red camro
The rear spoiler is from the 1977 Camaro it's not what would have been fitted to this Camaro other than that a very clean 73 Chevy Camaro
Is this car still available?
Is it for sale that was the best looking tomorrow I believe ever
