Thank you for addressing the complexity of needs that require a transdisciplinary approach following SCA. Had a full vfib arrest (no notice), and ICD placed almost 2 years ago. Would still be glued to the couch without cardiac rehab, physical therapy and EMDR...and family support. Hang in there fellow survivors!❤

It's a great topic, and very relevant to me and a lot of others.
I had a VT episode and was defibbed. Few days later ICD was implanted. Felt pretty good. Then while recovering had a SVT while doing mild/moderate exercise. ICD fired twice. Been sedentary since, lots of anxiety if my HR gets over 110. Appt to discuss an ablation with the doctor soon, but the anxiety about getting shocked weighs heavy on me all the time.

Great clip! I really don't think my EP should have implanted this icd. I really don't think that I'm at great risk and, unfortunately, I've lost trust in my EP and the the cardiologist who sent me to her. (I'm no longer buying what they're telling me.)
This is a great clip! Thank you so much!
