Peter McKinnon I love having a rough idea and then let my work flow. Peter... I am a newly retired/disabled 57 year old looking for my golden hour. I just learned who you are today and I have binged watched a couple hours of your content. Unbelievable!!! TY for being here... lol I got a Dog, a GoPro, a DJI Phantom, and a old RV and I have learned more today than in the last year of screwing around. I laughed when you posed the question of what is my film making process... LOL, I still have trouble finding the footage I just downloaded never mind the editing... There is a lot to learn with my new hobby and I'm glad I stumbled onto you...
People dont realize all the work that goes into a youtube video not to mention mustering about the energy, motivation and COURAGE to be able to film yourself. Takes a lot to get into it. Thanks for shining a light!
Hey Peter! Little time saver for you! If you drag your folders from finder into your project panel, it will automatically create bins with the names of the folders and keep all the files inside their corresponding bin. It’s not much but it will save you 20-30 seconds of bin creation and naming on each project. Great video! Thanks for the insight!
YES! Thank you for this. It's ridiculous how much effort you put into the lighting, but that's why you are such a legend. You pay attention to all of the details. Every one of your videos is an inspiration.
3 things I thought were extra steps were 1. Creating a folder for each camera, than making another folder in premiere. Rather than dragging the full folder into premiere. 2. Placing an adjustment layer over your clips and color correcting that, instead of copying and pasting the effect to every clip 3. Right clicking the 4K clips and selecting fill frame to adjust the size rather than changing it to 50% I find these minor things but speeds up the editing process. Informative stuff as always tho!
I'm very new to video...as in months after purchasing the A6500 which has motivated me to learn everything I can after decades of still-only photography. A month ago I didn't even know what B-Roll or S-LOG was. I stumbled on one of your other videos and subscribed. After watching this I feel like I should be paying a tuition or worskshop fee lol. Invaluable information and your passion and dedication is truly inspiring.
I see you posted this a year ago....so how did you end up liking the A6500?? I'm new to this, like you were, and was thinking about this camera to learn with.....would love to hear your feedback .....
Yes! A 15- minute 2- minute Tuesday! 👊 Like you I'm fascinated by behind the scenes and workflows of fellow photographers and couldn't watch this one quick enough! Thankfully the internet here in Papua New Guinea was behaving today. Loving your work Peter!

1. Tip, if u drop your folders with footage to Premiere, 0the program upload it as a bin. 2. Tip, if u add any effets to Adjustment layer, You can just stretch it to cover every clip, and also You can switch off/on effets to all clips at once. I Hope this will be helpfull to You.

Man, I have to say I actually get disappointed when 2 minute Tuesday is only 2 minutes. I am probably a little too crazy about your videos, I just really enjoy watching them and it keeps my creative flow going. So no complaints here
So overwhelming! You truly are a professional. I have so much to learn. I'm going to film and upload even if it's crap, just like you have said. I'll learn as I go. I'm find of a Les Brown quote "Jump, and grow your wings on the way down". Thanks for all you do Peter! Seriously grateful for you!
I actually really needed this. (I'm glad its 15 mins instead of 2) I've been just filming all of my videos/vlogs raw and not color grading but I've been actually looking to do things better. Thanks!
I like most all of Peter's vids. But this was one of my favs. Sometimes I start thinking of a vid and think...that's way too much for this vid. But for a 2MT to take this much planning, time, effort, equip...ect. Glad I watched this.
As an amatuer and I mean I bought a camera from a pawn shop last weekend and started watching your vids, then I subscribed two days ago and even started using Instagram last night to follow you there. THANK YOU FOR BEING COOL AND UNDOUCHEY love your work bro.
1-Go to Ghana to build a school 2-Record everything like a daily vlog with a Gopro 5 2-Download everything to my laptop an backup to a external Hardrive 3-Come back home (Spain) 4-Import into Premier and edit for a 2 videos a week 5-Export, upload to RUclips and social media 6- Hope that people watch it so allows me to build a channel that support this type of projects
Hey P, I don't know if you know this yet but instead, you scale the videos down to fit with 1080p. You can right-click and click scale to frame size. It is faster and more precisely!
Been a long time since I had a hero. Props. From the 'Iceland shoot' to the 'lighting your closet shoot', I have been seriously entertained for daze.... and of course, I have learned a lot. Cheers Peter McKinnon. The earth is a better place with you rocking it.
Your videos are unlike anyone else on RUclips! So engaging, Inspiring, Friendly, Funny. Hands down, Keeps our attention throughout the video! Recently quit my job to take up film-making and video-blogging as my main driver. Your videos are nothing less than an Inspiration. Specially your '1 Year on RUclips'.
Very cool, thanks for sharing! A few tips time saving tips from a fellow filmer/editor: - You can drag and drop the whole footage folders in PP, in stead of just the files (this way you skip creating a folder in the Project Panel, but if you probably still have to create a few Bins in there, and the shortcuts for it is Ctrl+B/Cmd+B - You can create a keyboard shortcut for Scale to frame size in stead of changing the clip's size to 50% - You can also create a keyboard shortcut for Paste Atrributes, in stead of right clicking and going up there in the menu - Another option for color correcting is also to use an adjustment layer if many clips are with the same/similar exposure. Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing!
Follow up tip! Choose set to frame size instead of scale to frame size if you want to keep the quality of the original clip and have the scale set to whatever will fit (IE: 4k down to 1080p with scale at 50%). What scale to frame size does is down sample the footage to fit the size (IE: 4k clip is now a 1080p clip at 100% scale). I would personally say to use proxies in combination with scale to frame size to get the best results if you don't have a workstation computer. Thank you for the tip Lyubo!
Ah! Hell man I have just realised that I have so so so so so so so so much work to do, it all makes sense when you break it down. Thanks mate, I love it, I am now following you as a result of seeing you with Casey, so thank you Casey. This sharing the love stuff is the way to go, thank you once again.
Hey Peter, really minimal tip but take the project folders you have with all of your footage and drag and drop them into Premiere and it will automatically make those bins for you. Might save you 10-15 seconds but over time it will save you a lot of time :) especially on bigger projects with more cameras, bins, etc. Also Peter, another tip on 4k footage on a 1080p timeline. Highlight your clip, right click, click "Set to Frame Size". WAAAAYYY easier than scaling in effect controls. :)
I love the workflow. I making gaming how to videos so having a clear picture in my mind before recording helps save a ton of time. I batch everything as much as I can. I will spend 2-3 hours recording one night which will be for 3-4 different videos. I will stop and start the recordings so they are in different files. Next day I will cut all the videos down to the most important stuff- I think of it like using a hatchet Third day I will start doing audio for each of the videos and will typically shorten the clips that I had cut earlier. I want to give the most relevant info without too much extra filler while still having fun. I let videos render while I am sleeping or at work and then will up load one video ever 2nd or 3rd day. The batch editing ends up saving a TON of time in the set up and tear down and figuring out process. I don't have a lot of extra time for youtube and making videos after a full day of work and 2 kids so I do a lot of this at night when it is late. I literally record audio in a walk in closet with blankets on the tile floor to avoid the echo. Its all in the name of making great videos!
Peter, you ROCK! I was about to give up on this profession but finding you has renewed my passion. Glad you don't limit to the TWO MINUTE thing. Hearing the details is where the power is and hearing all of your 'extras' ... keeps it fun! Thanks for the help!
I was wondering why you only light up one side of your face and not the other?? I actually never thought about it until watching this video but yeah you're setup is awesome!! Can you do a 2 minute Tuesday doing a beginner's kit? Lights, mic, tripod, lens, stabilizer for starters?? I would love to see what you would recommend! Thanks Peter!! 🙏🙏🙏
I think he does it to give more dimension to his face. It adds a more artistic/glamour look. I'm not really sure, but I do know it looks much more appealing than a head up light to his face.
Basic lighting technique: Key Light, Fill Light, Back Light for your subject. "Practical" lights the background. Key Light is the strongest light. Fill Light can be about half that strength, or less depending on how dramatic you want to model the talent. An alternative is to use a bounce card/white foamcore/white painted wall to take the place of a fill light. Peter appears to use no fill in this video, but I've seen him talk about using bounced light before. A light behind talent can add a rim of light around the head and shoulders. It is only around 25% strength of the Key Light. Use smaller fixtures to light up the background, as Pete showed you. Good Luck!!
I LOVE that you are so creative but also so willing to share. There's nothing competitive in anything you do...it's always about boosting people up, helping others, inspiring others and generally just making people feel good. I always finish watching your videos with a smile on my face and an optimistic feeling. Keep up all the great work.
Lovin' the whole OCD office / workspace neat-and-organized-put-stuff-away-while-I'm-working thing. It's a nice balance with....well, the rest of you. Just kidding. This is the most photographically inspiring channel anywhere. Been a working pro for 35 years, and I'm just eating this stuff up.
I’m at work, and for a solid 15 minutes + the time it will take to finish writing this comment, I enjoyed and could not stop drinking in the knowledge from this video. I’m a college student studying psych but decided to pursue my interest in digital media/film production as a possible minor. I’m learning how to use premiere for the first time and couldn’t be more out of my element, but I want to learn. I’m so thankful for videos like this, made by people who have a lot of knowledge to share. I’m looking forward to future videos from you. 😊✌🏼
Find an open classroom (I am a college student with no studio yet), set up my Canon SL2 in front of the window, balancing my gorilla pod on an upside down trash can, and hit record. I use a lapel mic plugged into my camera for better audio. When I am done, I edit in Premier Pro and add something of an intro and hope for views!
I typed "Edit video start to finish" to get here so you really nailed that video title. Also this was EXACTLY what I was looking for at the beginning of the vid because you really showed everything, even the lights and notebook before hitting the chair.
Yes, I would love to know that as well. He said he plans out his videos and notes down stuff in a notebook so given all the planning and possible re-takes how long does it take to make a Vlog?
"But that is the best part of the whole thing. There is no wrong or right way to it, it's just however you like doing it." Thank you, Peter, this quote really help me a lot!
I'm just getting started, hope to have the first vid out next week. I use a notebook when I'm not home for notes and ideas (like you I have LOTS of ideas - 40 pages and growing). At home, I open a notepad (Windows text editor) or Wordpad. I start the text file with "what is this video about', move to 'what will I need, then do an outline, then rewrites of the outline, then write the script, which I won't follow word for word, then shoot the video. Since I haven't done editing yet, I'm hoping for simple edits at first. Thanks to what I'm learning from you, I'm shooting, or conscious of when I need more, B roll. Thanks so much for your great vids. Just an ol' guy getting started. The main goal is to do as much DIY as possible on a -$100 equipment budget. lol. First vid is camera fix tut.
Gus DaCosta hey buddy will you check out my first short film ever please ? www.indiefolio.com/project/5a1e965ccd621/childhood-a-short-film-on-childhood
Hey pete You should apply your colour grades on one adjustment layer and then drag it over all the clips you need to apply it. But thank you for that inspiration!! I really appreciate it!!👍👍
This is my favorite video of yours to date. I love seeing how much work you put in behind the scenes to create what feels like a spontaneous finished product.
You don’t really know the importance of “Two Minuet” Tuesday until you have to edit a video at 5 in the morning and you forget how to do a certain effect. Thanks always for the save Pete!
I just found this guy and its awesome. Most RUclipsr's like people who make fast videos but everyone here wants his to be longer. Love that kind of community.
I would love to know what kind of things you put in your journal-like, how you go from an idea for a video to actual shooting. How do you decide on your B roll shots, do you shoot them before or after your main content? I’m so curious about that part of making a video because I’m so new, and just don’t know where to start. I get ideas, but, I haven’t figured out how to make them reality with all of the fabulous extras, such as B roll. It would be really awesome to know how you get from your journal to the setup for filming.
Brilliant video. I probably commented on your other videos before I just don't remember.. lol.. just too busy. There are few things which puzzle me. 1) how come we never crossed paths? I've done modeling/acting 17 years in Toronto.. not sure how much you were involved in film industry.. guessing lots... 2) I am a photographer (11 years) and I said that I will NEVER do videography like I said I will NEVER do photography... so I am forced to learned some stuff about it. Your video is whole different level of doing things. Totally professional. I am at the beginning stage. youtuber as well, but not your style, not want to copy your style as I know who I am and I am simply different although we share the same passion for coffee... and we think alike quite bit... All I want to say congrats, Peter. You've done very well for yourself and you should be proud. If I ever bump into you, I'll say hi or I'll just stare from distance pointing finger... "that is the one who made it that incredibly far and he is local too.. Toronto". .
Actually scale and set to frame size function differently and can distort footage. His way assures that it doesn't. I personally haven't seen any issues using scale to frame size as that's what I do personally, but I've been told that it occasionally doesn't function properly.
I use to do videos weekly but i skip all year and now i will try to get back to make some more videos and you and other youtubers is inspiring me do more.
He didn't go over everything because it would've been quite long. But I noticed in some of his other tutorials he talked about sound and exporting etc. Although, it would be really, really cool to see a long video showing the recording and the entire editing process. I might actually do something like that in several years when I actually know how to use Adobe lmao
Yeah but adding all of the color grading to an adjustment layer and then naming them for each camera and then dragging over would have been way easier then applying to each, even though it was a copy and paste attribute. Just saying.
Bradley Bromlow yeah, but this is the guy who makes bins that are the same as his footage folders instead just dragging in the folders and letting premiere make the bins for him lol
I was going to mention adjustment layers too, much easier when you have multiple clips from the same camera spread across the timeline (copy-past a new layer) :)
Short answer: not every shot is lit the same nor is the color balance always the same. It's easier to adjust it on one clip, then copy and paste the attributes and then editing them all to look similar. Using an adjustment layer may be easier but it tends to not work well if your clips were shot in different environments.
Love it. Thanks for doing what you do and showing us the BTS. Maybe you could tweak the name to "Tutorial Tuesday" instead of "Two-Minute Tuesday" if you don't want a time limit restriction :)
Pete, absolutely love what you do mate. As a fellow artist, all i can say 'Totally Inspiring' Appreciate all the content you share so anyone can learn.
Peter you are so inspirational man. You have totally changed my photography, I owe so much to you man! Thank you for your attitude and good vibes and passion! Love you man!
Brandon Judkins hey buddy will you check out my first short film ever please ? www.indiefolio.com/project/5a1e965ccd621/childhood-a-short-film-on-childhood
Peter, as an audio nerd just looking into making nice videos for the first time, I LOVE your channel. Something that jumped out to me that maybe you are or aren't aware of is audio levels, for example at 8:00 in this video, just as you say "professional", there is a massive change in volume. You could put your vocal track through a compressor on Audition and in a similar way to the extended remix trick you showed us I'm pretty sure you'll find something in there that'll do it all for you automatically. Thanks again for all the tips dude.
Peter Mate your videos are second to none you're making think so much more about my videos before I upload them. Hahaha which unfortunately means I spend so much time on them they never get up loaded to the RUclips. Thanks
Favourite 2MT! Two tips for saving a few seconds on each project is to use the move function instead of copy when importing your footage from your SD card to your mac (hold down cmd while dragging), and also having a empty preset folder with the file structure you always use!
loved the video and having a sneak peek in your workflow was more of a privilege but you didn't teach about the music use at all. I guess music plays as important part as the footage itself. Please make the next 2MT on how you play with music. Big fan of yours from India
Yes I have watched that but he talked about the importance of music and sound effects etc. I want him to show us the work flow, how to do audio transitions, mixing of audio etc.
Ummmmmm....your videos are epically professional. I'm glad you found a passion that your really love. It's hard to find things in life that bring a person joy, but I can tell you've found that. Keep up the great work.
Make a plan, Watch some experts for inspiration, Get depressed by the complete differential in skill, experience, capability, procrastinate, buy some more gear, repeat. at no point actually create content. :-)
What is YOUR filmmaking process? Would love to hear how you guys love to make videos! Hope you enjoy :)
Peter McKinnon will you be in Milwaukee on the 13th??
Peter McKinnon hey peterrrr
Peter McKinnon I just take my iPhone and begin to shoot.

Nice to see you here! Just watched your drone flyaway video before I watched Peter, glad you found it bro! Yeah, that happens in high winds.

Thank you so much
Gotta say though... peter pulled off his story with a lot more dramatic flair lol.

Todays two minute Tuesday is 15 minutes, but totally worth it. The lights setup is amazing! Thank you for sharing this.

My filmmaking process:

Man, I have to say I actually get disappointed when 2 minute Tuesday is only 2 minutes. I am probably a little too crazy about your videos, I just really enjoy watching them and it keeps my creative flow going. So no complaints here
So overwhelming! You truly are a professional. I have so much to learn. I'm going to film and upload even if it's crap, just like you have said. I'll learn as I go. I'm find of a Les Brown quote "Jump, and grow your wings on the way down". Thanks for all you do Peter! Seriously grateful for you!
I actually really needed this. (I'm glad its 15 mins instead of 2)
I've been just filming all of my videos/vlogs raw and not color grading but I've been actually looking to do things better. Thanks!
lexamazing I don’t color grade but I should probably start lol
I like most all of Peter's vids. But this was one of my favs. Sometimes I start thinking of a vid and think...that's way too much for this vid. But for a 2MT to take this much planning, time, effort, equip...ect. Glad I watched this.
lexamazing hey I love your channel
Why do I see you in every single video I watch?
She trying to promote her channel lol
Longer video. More knowledge and inspiration. Love it!
Janina yes!!
As an amatuer and I mean I bought a camera from a pawn shop last weekend and started watching your vids, then I subscribed two days ago and even started using Instagram last night to follow you there. THANK YOU FOR BEING COOL AND UNDOUCHEY love your work bro.
1-Go to Ghana to build a school
2-Record everything like a daily vlog with a Gopro 5
2-Download everything to my laptop an backup to a external Hardrive
3-Come back home (Spain)
4-Import into Premier and edit for a 2 videos a week
5-Export, upload to RUclips and social media
6- Hope that people watch it so allows me to build a channel that support this type of projects
Just subbed!
Can’t wait for the colour grading video!
Dude, I was thinking the same thing.
Tutorial on Colorista YES PLEASE
Guadilarious agreed!
Guadilarious YES
Your videos are unlike anyone else on RUclips! So engaging, Inspiring, Friendly, Funny. Hands down, Keeps our attention throughout the video! Recently quit my job to take up film-making and video-blogging as my main driver. Your videos are nothing less than an Inspiration. Specially your '1 Year on RUclips'.
Very cool, thanks for sharing!
A few tips time saving tips from a fellow filmer/editor:
- You can drag and drop the whole footage folders in PP, in stead of just the files (this way you skip creating a folder in the Project Panel, but if you probably still have to create a few Bins in there, and the shortcuts for it is Ctrl+B/Cmd+B
- You can create a keyboard shortcut for Scale to frame size in stead of changing the clip's size to 50%
- You can also create a keyboard shortcut for Paste Atrributes, in stead of right clicking and going up there in the menu
- Another option for color correcting is also to use an adjustment layer if many clips are with the same/similar exposure.
Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing!
Lyubo Yanev that are exactly all the tips I would have written down if you didnt do it before. Saves a lot of time.
Peter. you're an inspiration my friend. Love your heart. Keep being you.
Great tips!
Yeah "set to frame size" is fantastic when dealing with different resolution footage.
I love the workflow. I making gaming how to videos so having a clear picture in my mind before recording helps save a ton of time. I batch everything as much as I can.
I will spend 2-3 hours recording one night which will be for 3-4 different videos. I will stop and start the recordings so they are in different files.
Next day I will cut all the videos down to the most important stuff- I think of it like using a hatchet
Third day I will start doing audio for each of the videos and will typically shorten the clips that I had cut earlier.
Relyea you wrote soooo Long
@@naitikjoshi8816 ?
Good Luck!!
Your kit room tidiness makes me very happy!
Agreed!
How can people dislike a video like this? I really don't understand
I think it is because the video's name is in spanish..
they're all haters
I’m at work, and for a solid 15 minutes + the time it will take to finish writing this comment, I enjoyed and could not stop drinking in the knowledge from this video. I’m a college student studying psych but decided to pursue my interest in digital media/film production as a possible minor. I’m learning how to use premiere for the first time and couldn’t be more out of my element, but I want to learn. I’m so thankful for videos like this, made by people who have a lot of knowledge to share. I’m looking forward to future videos from you. 😊✌🏼
Crazy helpful! Learned a ton Peter. Thanks for everything you put out there!
Find an open classroom (I am a college student with no studio yet), set up my Canon SL2 in front of the window, balancing my gorilla pod on an upside down trash can, and hit record. I use a lapel mic plugged into my camera for better audio. When I am done, I edit in Premier Pro and add something of an intro and hope for views!
you have very professional videos for having such a low budget production set up! congrats and keep up the hard work!
I typed "Edit video start to finish" to get here so you really nailed that video title.
Also this was EXACTLY what I was looking for at the beginning of the vid because you really showed everything, even the lights and notebook before hitting the chair.
Peter how many hours does it typically take you to make one 15 minute video like this from start to finish?
I would love to know this as well. Just to have a benchmark for speed to work towards.
AdventureSportFlashlights same
Agreed! I'm sure he's incredibly efficient but it's always a time consuming process.
Probably 3-5 hours
Yes, I would love to know that as well. He said he plans out his videos and notes down stuff in a notebook so given all the planning and possible re-takes how long does it take to make a Vlog?
Yo how bout we just start calling it tutorial Tuesday 😂
OLD alec aesthetic ACCOUNT NO
"But that is the best part of the whole thing. There is no wrong or right way to it, it's just however you like doing it."
Thank you, Peter, this quote really help me a lot!
Great tutorial as usual! thank you so much!
First 🎉 where’s the notification squad at?! Love this “two minute Tuesday” 😂
What a surprise! you grabbed the 24mm first, lol....
Gus DaCosta he always says that's his favorite
Machi FREEMAN I was being sarcastic, I know how much he loves that 24mm. Lol...👍
Gus DaCosta oh my bad i just realize what you wrote I wasn't paying attention to what I was reading
Nothing's wrong with it. Actually, 24mm lenses are really nice cause you get a lot of information in the frame. It's just good for everything.
Gus DaCosta hey buddy will you check out my first short film ever please ? www.indiefolio.com/project/5a1e965ccd621/childhood-a-short-film-on-childhood
Hey pete
You should apply your colour grades on one adjustment layer and then drag it over all the clips you need to apply it.
But thank you for that inspiration!! I really appreciate it!!👍👍
This is my favorite video of yours to date. I love seeing how much work you put in behind the scenes to create what feels like a spontaneous finished product.
Isn't this the best youtube channel, like if u agree
You don’t really know the importance of “Two Minuet” Tuesday until you have to edit a video at 5 in the morning and you forget how to do a certain effect. Thanks always for the save Pete!
for sure bro, he is a life saver
I just found this guy and its awesome. Most RUclipsr's like people who make fast videos but everyone here wants his to be longer. Love that kind of community.
Yeah Great Community is has built. Very Loyal and Awesome people here
So true! Just the other day I was learning speed ramping but forgot how to use the pen tool quick search on Peters channel and Boom!
Johnny Allende That’s Exactly the one i was talking about. i needed to use speed ramp on a video yesterday.
2:05 -2:50 🙌📸that how I imagine photographer heaven looks like
This home studio set-up and the equipment storage room is a prosumer's wet dream.
seriously! I watch these and want to buy all the equipment so bad, despite knowing I'm not even remotely on that level yet with my little t5i haha
Toronto".
.
Always amaze me how hard does RUclipsrs works. For my contribution, I always let the ads rolls to the end.
ClankyRochet po
For the 4k clips dragged into 1080p, just right click and “scale to framesize” or sumn like that. You’ll save a few seconds :)
AccidentalBroadcast I think the idea is you don’t have to do any rescaling or messing around if you take a sec to pick the right clip
AccidentalBroadcast Fancy seeing you here sir ;)
Actually scale and set to frame size function differently and can distort footage. His way assures that it doesn't. I personally haven't seen any issues using scale to frame size as that's what I do personally, but I've been told that it occasionally doesn't function properly.
That dedication to go step by step to showcase others how to make a video was phenomenal!!! Thank You Peter! Hope I can get up there like you
Peter you are a RUclips-god!
So agree!
Shh yeah!
He is so talented. What did he do before he was filming for 6 years as a job???
gosha. Im not sure but i thought he was working in a camera store!
Ivan Snz don't know. In his first video with casey he spoke about working for a magician or so. Don't remember :)
1,000% Legit tutorial Peter! Great information and detail.
I use to do videos weekly but i skip all year and now i will try to get back to make some more videos and you and other youtubers is inspiring me do more.
Why don't you use adjustment layers? What about sound editing? What about tweaking export settings such as "render maximum quality"?
This video should be titled "How I Make History"
Without a doubt, you one of the best cinematographers I know on RUclips👍🏿
can you do ten min Tuesday can't get enough of these videos
Love it. Thanks for doing what you do and showing us the BTS. Maybe you could tweak the name to "Tutorial Tuesday" instead of "Two-Minute Tuesday" if you don't want a time limit restriction :)
Pete, absolutely love what you do mate. As a fellow artist, all i can say 'Totally Inspiring'
Appreciate all the content you share so anyone can learn.
If you just import the folders individually you won't have to create bins and label them :)
Hit record on 7Plus, edit on iMovie, thumbnail on Paint and pray for a second view, besides my own.
Peter you are so inspirational man. You have totally changed my photography, I owe so much to you man! Thank you for your attitude and good vibes and passion! Love you man!
Could you show the best set up for videos where you sit and review items. Something appealing to kids?
This Little Critic is that what u do?
That was so good. Mind blown
Whats your electrical bill?
i am literally in awe right now.
Peter Mate your videos are second to none you're making think so much more about my videos before I upload them. Hahaha which unfortunately means I spend so much time on them they never get up loaded to the RUclips. Thanks
Id watch a 22 min Tuesday LOL
LOL, I was thinking the same thing.
Pete i gtg to school, so i can't watch your video😭 although i learn more from you than from school😂
Amber B yes
Honestly, I wish my media class would show his videos for our education xD
I'm in the same position rn. I gotta bounce, but this is real knowledge.
Amber just found a lifehack - watch peter mckinnon, stay up all night, sleep during class.
Arjun Chauhan he did a complete video on music. It was long time back. Just search on his channel page
Yes I have watched that but he talked about the importance of music and sound effects etc. I want him to show us the work flow, how to do audio transitions, mixing of audio etc.
Arjun Chauhan yes. Not a complete video on editing sound. Should be a good topic for tutorial.
@Petermckinnon24 please do.
Yeah, I'd love to see that too. I think I need to focus on more music for my stuff.
I prefer using adjustment layer for color grading than copy paste attribute the whole video...
me too
Ummmmmm....your videos are epically professional. I'm glad you found a passion that your really love. It's hard to find things in life that bring a person joy, but I can tell you've found that. Keep up the great work.
Make a plan,
Watch some experts for inspiration,
Get depressed by the complete differential in skill, experience, capability,
procrastinate,
buy some more gear,
repeat.
at no point actually create content. :-)
This is literally where i am right now lmfao
Hey! Have you been copying my process?!!
:D
Literally one of the best comments I've read lately, hahahaha.
I thought I was the only one lmao
This is literally 99% of the creator population.
