- 입안에서 퍼지는 얼그레이 향이 너무 좋은 얼그레이 사브레 쿠키를 만들어봤어요.
부드러운 식감이 일품인 사브레 쿠키~티타임 스낵으로 너무 좋아요.
반죽 아주 간단해서 쉽게 만들 수 있는 과자입니다.
▶사전작업
무염버터와 달걀은 미리 실온보관
▶6cm 쿠키 20개
【재료】
박력분 130g
아몬드 가루 30g
슈가 파우더 50g
무염버터 100g
소금 1g
달걀 1개
얼그레이 티백 1봉(3g)
설탕 조금
▶180℃에서 12분 굽기
▶ Pre-work
Store salt-free butter and eggs at room temperature in advance.
▶6cm cookies 20ea
【Ingredients】
130g Cake flour
30g Almond powder
50g Sugar powder
100g Unsalted butter
1g Salt
an Egg
Earl Gray Tea Bag 1 Bag (3g)
Sugar a little
▶Bake 180℃ / 12~15min
