Damn, the reverse lights are bright. Good video. Two comments: -1.) I would have cleaned the light well before installing the new assemblies, and 2.) the first thing I do when I get a vehicle is remove the dealer badge and/or stickers. I don't advertise for anyone, especially for free.
I had the same exact lights. I removed them after 6 months after the seal on the right one went bad and allowed water to get inside. Discolored rather quickly and most lights shorted out. Resorted back to the factory lights with led bulbs.

i have a "connection" where i got my led antihyper flash bulbs for the rear and the switchbacks for the front. $35 for each pair. what a savings. compared to 55+ for a pair
I have had these on for two weeks. Already had both sides fog up with moisture. However I still like the lights they look great. My right side will throw a failure code and hyper flash sometimes doesn’t happen every time. Have you had this issue? Thanks!

Also, in the video, the lights look faded and orange, almost a yellowish red color. Is that how they look like in person? or are they a deep red color as advertised? Last question. Are the lights a deep bright red color in direct sunlight? Ive seen many review photos of these taillights in the sun and they are all extremely DIM. So dim in fact, that i couldn’t tell they were even ON! I hope that’s not the case.
I think that they are great lights, my left turn signal does hyper blink but all it needs is a new resistor I have heard reviews about them leaking and I have had none of those problems no condensation or anything I would say there is better quality lights that you can buy but I love the ring so if these just need new resistors in them I’m willing to just put new ones in I think they are great
Btw I got those same lights on ebay for my 2014 Silverado and sent them back 2 weeks after........they started to flicker and condensation started building up inside. Hope yours handled better then mine did.

So if you already have led lights whats the difference with aftermarket leds?? Driver sode just went out on my truck ..there saying 500$ for a new tailight that after market leds would send a code on the dash
After market leds should not send a code on your dash the only way thy would say something is if it hyper blinked but just don’t buy the cheapest aftermarket ones you can find and you should be fine

Gonzalo Curiel yes. I did but not right away. Mine lasted 9 days then went to crap. All the resistors inside the light came loose. I returned them. Poorly built and it’s a shame. They looked really nice while they worked.
KYDuramax502 I had this same set. They look awesome. They also only lasted 12 days till all the resisters came loose. I would have loved to keep them and replace the resisters but I don’t have the skills. If you know of any RUclips videos that may teach me how to replace them I’d love to give that a shot. Thanks.
same thing happened to me. you can go to diodedynamics.com or theretrofitsource.com and order a set of resistors for each tail light. there are a few videos on youtube on how to install resistors for tail lights and silverados. mine work fine now besides the fact that water got inside the right tail light and damaged some of the LEDs on the DRL strip
Ken Butts not really but i know the water pools up at the bottom of the tail lights because my friend also has a set for his silverado and his were also damaged by water. your best bet would be to buy some butyl and try to seal them like the factory tail lights are sealed before you install them

It tells you before you buy the lights to silicone the back of them to keep weather issues from happening. It's in small letters

My reverse light comes on when I apply my break and they suggested to add resistor to it help. I love the look of them but they are made cheaply.
