    I’m going to end up getting this exhaust for my dyna, but I just wanted to say I really appreciate the production quality of something as simple as an exhaust video. It’s split up well and the quality is good. Thanks!

      Thanks! That was the goal. Most exhaust videos absolutely suck. 🍻

      Definitely rowdy when running it wide open.

      What led you to the lane splitter over the big bore? Genuinely curious since you're running a 103", which is pretty big! I'm on the fence about the 2 myself. Carbed TC88 with plans to punch out to 95" in the next year or so.

      @@Tracksan01 Cost and cost alone. I don’t plan on going any bigger on the motor, maybe stage 2 at the most. I had a D&D FatCat previously but it did not clear my suspension at 13.5 ride height. This purchase was not planned, not my dream exhaust. But I am pleased with it and don’t notice any performance lost over the peak performance d&d I had.

      @@iansvtec thanks for the info man!! I asked around too and I was told by someone who had both to save my money haha. They said the big bore added maybe 1-2 HP and almost 3ft/lb torque, but not worth the extra $$$.
      I was looking at thunderheader until I realized they have clearance issues like the D&D, so I rerouted to an exhaust that had clearance. Thanks for the response and advice! Bike sounds mean af with that pipe!

      For the price the pipe is right, however I will be getting the heat shields when they are back in stock!

    What shocks are these and how tall? They look awesome

      Good ol Drag Specialties. Best bang for the buck. They are adjustable, maxed out here at 13.5

    • @Woodhousebodybuilding
      @Woodhousebodybuilding 9 дней назад

      @ are they listed at 13”? I keep looking at drag specialties but they don’t have a 13.5”. I’m assuming they adjust up to 13.5?

      @iansvtec  9 дней назад +1

      @@Woodhousebodybuilding yeah man, adjustability is from 12.5-13.5 🍻

    Do you ever have a problem with the back of your heel tapping the pipe?

      I have the same exhaust. I had that happen to me once so I purchased the heat shields on their website. They are $169 and well worth it in my opinion 👍

    Have any fitment issues? Can't seem to get mine to sit correctly on the bracket and the rear pipe blocks the oil cap just enough so that I can't unscrew it..

    • @iansvtec
      @iansvtec  4 месяца назад

      Yes, it was annoying to fit. Things might have been off a degree or two. It would either bolt to the bracket or fit on the head pipes but not quite both perfectly. I just losely fitted everything and tightened it. Gloves required for oil cap removal now 😅
      I also have the lower head pipe banging on the bottom of the foot rest but that could be a tired motor mount.

      Did you ever get yours to sit correctly? I'm struggling with this haha. If I put the headers on correct the bracket at the back is off like half an inch. I've been messing with this for hours haha

      @iansvtec  Месяц назад

      @@MasonCNichols mine was tough to fit perfect but it did fit with very little adjustments. I will say it isn’t the best fitting exhaust i have ever installed but it did fit after some persuasion.

      5’9” im comfortable even with 13.5 shocks. Love the seat, it would be worth it even if i had to tiptoe lol
