I always thought that Nigeria area has to be amazing in HPM and have rubber or gold or some other amazing tradegood because you always talk about the Bank of Africa down there. fun fact, the calais region in france (the part you conquered, does in fact speak flemish, so is closer related to belgium than dutch is.
but yea, tbh flemish and dutch have always pretty much been accepted cultures of one another, the main gripe we had historically was religion. as the flemish were catholics and the dutch protestants.
actually, neither walloon nor flemish should really be an accepted culture in belgium at the start of the game to be honest, belgian aristocrats tried quite hard to turn walloon into french and flemish into french, to be honest.

To truly do a netherlands game you must retake the colonies and territories from belgium, great britain, france, china, usa, brazil, transvaal and portugal, --> south africa, ceylon, guyana, new york, formosa, parts of india, singapore, togo, portugese indonesia and north eastern brazil. As a bonus you could also get new Zealand and australia. I
