    Awesome real world scenario!!! This is great insight for anyone looking into getting IT. I had an EOL refresh project for hospital system and this is exactly what I was doing. I want to do some real world videos for my current job on my channel but I signed an NDA.

    As a student studying network engineering, this was a really great opportunity to see how the stuff I learn is put into action in the real world. It’s also an appreciated break from the boring, faceless packet tracer simulations. Awesome stuff!

    Many thanks for posting this, very interesting. I too I'm leading on a project to replace our 40+ access switches for my org, we're going with Meraki MS390's for access layer but will stay with Catalyst for the core switch likely the C9400 with appropriate line cards. I've just subscribed and look forward to your future content :o) Thanks again!

      You're very welcome! Yes I decided to upload our switch project because not everyone sees what it's really like in the field. Oh nice that's a lot of switches. I love Meraki products too. I wish our APs are Meraki. Catalyst 9400 is pretty solid for the core. Thank you for the sub and hopefully we can continue to make content like this

    The company I work for gets free Cisco Meraki appliances every quarter as part of a long term upgrade. I don’t get involved in the process in this video, except the deracking aspect, which I love. I’m a weirdo like that lol

    • @EastCharmer
      @EastCharmer  6 месяцев назад +3

      Oh wow that's a good deal tbh. I think we get 20% off. I wish we have Meraki coz I'm not a big fan of our aeronet. Oh lol I'd prefer de-racking over racking tbh 😆

      @@EastCharmer I’ll take your word on aeronet, as I know nothing about it. The little bit of Meraki experience I have I like it so far. Racking my home stuff - fun! Racking stuff at work - nah lol.
