You and me both dude. I for one liked the Ultimate Tenkaichi's battle system and wanted to see how the company can improve it in the next one but too bad that got thrown out the window. I wonder why people still want the Tenkaichi style back when they know DAMN WELL they might say they're sick of it after all these years. This isn't like Street Fighter!
I hope that Tenkaichi is given an HD release. All three... maybe bounus features or something. The Tenkaichi series was the best fighting games I have ever played. The first was not so good, but 2 and 3 were excellent! Having all three on the new console would be perfect!

What I want is Budokai 3, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and Tenkaichi Tag Team (PSP Version of Budokai Tenkaichi 3 but with 2Vs2 Gameplay) in the HD Collection

As long as another game comes out with another Hero mode, that allows you to do a whole bunch of other stuff, go SSJ2, have new clothes, etc. then ill get another dbz game for sure, ultimate tenkaichis hero mode was awesome

you know it totally excites me when i see new dbz games coming out but if his hd collectio is truly real i will get it n matter what playing budokai tenkaichi was fun but the moves and such were off guard n story mode but now lets see what they can do it now for ps3/xbox since you could fusion disc

I've come up with a variation for UT's combat system. It's a lot different from the old system but it keeps the same concept in mind.
If it has online (which I doubt it will for some reason) then I can see myself buying it in the first week or so but if it doesn't i think I'll pass or wait for a sale/price drop. There's way too many things I can spend my money on rather than something I already paid for in sd.
I don't remember the criticism for rb before it came out but I remember ppl hated it.
I'm back playing UT after a 3-month break cuz I'm trying to find ways how to improve the battle system by playing it. It just need more combos, more options for the defense reaction, and a bit more freedom. (just a bit...) I see a lot of potential in the system, for real.
Of course I'm gonna get this HD collection if it's true but damn.. IF the fans are gonna bitch about it being the "same shit" it'll be no surprise to me. Do you remember the criticism the RB series had before they came out?
I mean it's not like we need a refresher course for the story and it's not like it's hype for the next game like the god or war collection, jak and daxter, sly, devil may cry etc.

Hmm.. It should have roughly the same button layout as the ps2 controller. The only difference was the dash and punch buttons were swapped.
Yea I really liked Ut's combat system until I played the crappy online and I finished the other modes so then there was nothing to bring me back to the game. A sequel could improve on the fighting and the content and it could be a great game. I don't know why so many people like buying something they already payed for. I know I'm exaggerating but it feels like everyone is like "GOTY". I don't see how hd collections can work for dbz games.
if it will be the same quality as RB2 or UT then i'd consider buying it or atleast with good graphics and hopefully a better story.

This would be one I would look forward too. Screw UT and That...Kinect thing... I want DBZ BT3 with new characters in HD. (I hope this is what that is...an upgraded BT3...or possibly a collection WITH and upgraded BT3? Lets hope so.)

It's only Budokai 1 and Budokai 3 in HD. It's already confirmed and there are also videos out there ;) I think Budokai 1/3 in HD is even better than the tenkaichi series in HD!
well i checked the page and it says bodukai hd collection,not bodukai tenkaichi hd collection.
I'd buy for sure, simply because I want to realise what the big deal is with this ''BT3 REMAKE NOW'' spamming on dbz vids. I'm partially waiting for RB3 which Nostal and Treevax's facebook page has amazing suggestions for. But this would be welcomed - so long as it was HD, not just sharper all around

If they did make a BT collection, they'd better make it have the ps2 mechanics, hopefully more the Wii's for BT3. Having the RB system in their would be lame imo.

If only we had fighting games of the calibur of SF, if only. This franchise would be a ton better off, and it wouldn't be in this state of failure either. Unfortunately however, the games we've gotten for a decade (esp. from Spike, ie Tenkaichi/RB) are nothing short of mediocre. I've been suggesting something brand new, something with freedom, something 3D, but not Tenkaichi-styled, and definitely a competition worthy game. I havent been satisfied with DB games since BL this gen + Tenkaichisucks

bt4 was not a lot down they did not ever make bt4 ut is side game like tenkaichi tag was tb4 wood every thing t3 had ut is not bt4 nor is rb1

either they will use the old ps2 mechanics to stay true to the game, or they will put in the rb system cus its ps3, either one is ok wit me, as long as we really get this game, cus bt4 was a let down :(

I mean Tenkaichi 1 is just horrible, 2 and 3 are great but I've played the crap out of them already so why re-buy it for trophies and possibly online? I might buy it if there's no new ps3 game besides the collection but they should have just made Raging Blast 3
