We can easly see you re not playing in max difficulty since the cpu doesnt even teleport.

You have to equip Vegeta with the "Babidi's Mind Control" item.

i wonder why you dont use the final explosion when you change the majin vegeta? i remember final explosion can kill the enemy has full health

You play as him in story mode and you'll get babidi's mind control and then you equip and it activates and turns you into majin vegeta when you're low on health.
