When I was young during the war I spoke with a soldier who served two tours in Iraq. I asked him, who were you fighting if Saddam's army was gone, I will forever remember his response, "we were fighting the people"

I served 5 tours over there. Let me tell you something. The US military is not perfect but it wasn’t just fighting “the people.” Al Qaeda is an international group and some of these men we fought were Syrian and Jordanian and other countries. We were fighting against people who bombed or fired at us. Should we have been in Iraq? No and our politicians were wrong, but it happened. I personally responded to an attack on American soldiers by a woman using a baby stroller. I have also personally been hit with an IED that was triggered by young boys. We let them live. My good friend Jeremy Campbell wasn’t so lucky. Unless you have felt the heat don’t talk about the fire. I pray to God and ask for forgiveness for my wrong doings.

Most of what you said I agree with. The only thing you said that I disagree with is that the U.S. government hit the wrong target, as though civilians that were killed were killed accidentally.
This is incorrect. The U.S. government meant to kill civilians. It was not an accident.
The U.S. government, under the control of Israel, is absolutely bloodthirsty. In the United States where: 1) unarmed people of African descent are killed by the law enforcement on a regular basis; 2) where children of African descent are sodomized in foster care group homes on a regular basis; 3) where the children of migrants at the southern border die under mysterious circumstances on a regular basis; calling these incidents "accidental" strains both belief and commonsense.

I served in the United States Army for 4 years and the reason why I decided not to reenlist and separate was because of the war crimes. Although legally I can own a rifle, I do not or any gun for that matter.

As an American, I must say, thank you for investigating these evil deeds and for making them known to us all.
I am of the half that says these events are horrific, utterly tragic, shameful and embarrassing to this nation. My brother Seth Miller was a specialist in the US army man and he died in training but I can guarantee you he’d be the man reporting the war crimes, not committing them. He loved all people and many of us Americans are that way so please do not think we all agree with this irresponsible and wicked way of conducting warfare. If I was in charge I would have sent a group of specialist in to get the evil doers who have barbarously beheaded men like me on camera in front of the whole world instead of dropping bombs on paces where they are suspected to be.
I was just thinking recently, after seeing all these wicked Russian deeds in Ukraine that I need to investigate Hiroshima and Nagasaki, because those bombs were horrific in their scale and in the loss of life. Better hundreds of thousands of men like myself die (I almost joined the Us marines) in battle against that selfish liar, Hirohito then hundreds of thousands of innocent Japanese folks.
This needs to be the attitude in our wars against these ungodly murders of ISIS, Boko Haram and Al Qaeda who kill innocent people like me, so that we opt to sacrifice American soldiers over risking the lives of any innocent civilians.
One thing you do not mention, ma’m, sometimes civilians support the wicked armies who are fighting, like the civilians of Nazi Germany who died as they worked in factories making bombs and bullets to kill innocent people, so in this discussion we must be careful to acknowledge that fact, don’t you think? I do not say this to justify any of the tragic crimes that you have referenced but I do wonder if any of those people supported the men who go around beaheading people like Kenji Goto on film for people’s mothers and fathers to see. I am still a United States citizen, but I have been gone for 12 years, and the longer I am gone, the less I ever want to go back. No nation is perfect. But while some nations (India) are at least actively inching forward, the United States seems to be in a race with China to see who can socially implode first from lack of integrity. Nations like Colombia, especially, should shift focus away from the United States as a source of any kind of ethical example of anything.

As an American citizen, I am ashamed of my government for doing this. I don't condone this, but as an American citizen taxpayer, I can't do nothing about it. Now, I can't prove it was the American government that did it. Who in the U.S military can I sue? That's the only thing I can do. The U.S. military has qualified immunity against lawsuits here in America. So I am just wasting time and my money that I need to survive from day to day.

In my opinion, the biggest act of hypocrisy in the history of the US military is the fact that we put all of our effort into keeping nuclear weapons away from other nations. Yet, history clearly shows that America is the only country Ever to use a nuclear weapon in war. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were both mostly civilians.
