Agreed, if the Jungler isn't collecting the buffs especially after 1st Dred no point in NOT taking it. Remember people, if YOU'RE not taking the buffs your enemy will gladly rob you of it. Don't give the enemy free real estate

and it's much stronger..espeed damage is just too low

I love using attack weight+ weakness policy to tsareena, lucario and aegislash
I simply love both e speed and power up punch. in close combat we have to predict where the opponents dash to dodge it
this is fantastic content cris. as someone who plays a ton of lucario but has never played espeed (picked up pup at launch and stuck with it) im glad to see you release this guide as well! Which Lucario build is your absolute favorite? Pup CC, Pup BR, or ESpeed BR?
need a buff, I woudl say close combat should micro stun on every hit, to hinder movement in it..
and PuP should deffinitely still be unstoppable while in the move and 0.8 seconds after to cover the boosted auto before the close combat
i think I'm the first one here. I really love pup lucario for the secure and good 1v1 scenario
for some reason once i learned espeed it's just incredibly difficult to go back to pup. i would do 70k dmg with espeed but with pup i'm averaging around 40k dmg... the lack of aoe dmg makes me feel like something is missing
E speed is addictive
Great guide! Just curious, is full heal with buddy barrier (instead of focus) good? I've been doing well with it but I did notice I could just barely ko enemies when I wanted to. I just thought full heal is great for secure with PUP then buddy barrier since you are stuck in position for a second and susceptible. (I am refering to PUP plus CC build)
Since you get unstoppable on level 11 full heal isn't needed

To be fair at 22:27 if Scaldbro didn't hit or you had another stack in the Delphox would've been KO'd. Delphox was very lucky
A azumarill gameplay could be great i just buy it with the event but sometime i feel its worse than garchomp and i don't really know how to play it.
Missing Close Combat is almost always a death sentence when playing Lucario

Hey Cris! Can you please make a Covet+Belch Greedent guide for mobile? I really like playing Greedent but on mobile he's so hard to control and aim Belch while running with Covet?
I use full heal with my PUP + CC build to retreat. I used X Speed for awhile but I found getting stunlocked and perma-CC'd a common problem.
My combo is: PUP > Basic > CC > PUP
PUP is a strong initiator, the basic momentarily stuns enemies in ur surrounding area, CC does heavy damage, and PUP finishes an enemy off. Bonus points if you cut off their escape
Lucario is like a crisp with the attack power of a sponge.. it's just sad how you don't even one shot with pup>CC>pup
as a german i like that you call power up punch power punch cause in german the attack focus punch is called power punch and the attack power up punch is in german steigerungshieb
Learned something new today! Never knew Aura Sphere buffed PUP, and it's it's rather neat seeing as Lucario gets more powerful due to amount of Aura it harnesses. That's a great little bit of attention to character design for Tencent/TiMi

@@edsbegaming507 I have little to no games with Lucario, my dude. All I did was unlock every unit for collection purposes and stuck with the favorites when it came to actually in-depth reading and functionality.

Is Razor Claw important for Lucario? I use him as close combat
Another tip for beginner players who don't normally stack early game: I practiced stacking by playing focus band or score shield on standard matches. It's just a good way to learn the limits of lucario to certain Pokemon.

it’s the basic attack, you can see he punches enemies or wild pokemon aside from using the other two moves

I've been playing Lucario with 1000+ using PuC (Power up Punch + Close Combat) and Slow Smoke, it's a good move if you play it right
One thing I've learned generally from you, Cris, is how strong full damage builds are when paired with x attack. Maybe it's just the current meta, but they've been shredding for me the past week. Dragonite is absolutely insane, but A9 is great too!
