- A common mistake, but actually easy to avoid!
In this video you will learn the difference between ALS und WIE - when comparing two things or two people in German. Even Germans do this sometimes wrong, but after this video you will know exactly in which situation you have to use "als" and when you need to use "wie".

Good one ❤!
Really u are the best, i look only your videos when i want eine kurs verstehen.
I feel so lucky and grateful for finding your channel, the very best German teaching channel I have ever seen. A question please. The case of the noun after “als” depends on the meaning, correct? For example, how to construct these two sentences in German please? I trust you more than him. I trust you more than he does.
What a great guide

Thank you very much. Interesting video.
Bitte gerne 😊
Thanks for your video. I hope you are properly remunerated as you should be. There I was on the Duolingo. I felt I had to clear up my understanding of 'als' and 'wie' before I did my translation. Now it's clear.
Glad it was helpful!
Vielen Dank!

👍😊
Gute Idee!
Tun, machen und schaffen!
Danke.
Sehr gerne!
My Native-tongue is Afrikaans.
So it's much easier to learn German, because Afrikaans is a Germanic language (meaning it came from German)
Thanks for the Videos! It helps so much!
Vielen Dank!
Bis Später!
Sehr gerne 😊👍
Anyone from South Africa should just slide into German. No only is Afrikaans Germanic, but English is also.
Danke
That's very true hahahaha 😁 CR
Thankful for this video my teacher "Luzy" 🙏💕
Bitte, make a lot of videos B1 😉 🙏
😂😂
Will come more B1 in the future
The best one
hi,i'm lerning with your videos and i always appreciate to your perpect videos but i can not find about 'ob' can you make a video about how differnt dass, wenn, ob and how to use that?
👍😊
Danke.
Danke danke danke
02:38: //Mia is exactly as fast as Lisa//, I'm not sure about the usage of //genau// in the context, but this could be a more precise translation. with "As fast ...", there can be a _little_ wiggle-room in the interpretation (I have no doubt that some native American-English speakers will argue). //Exact// in the context removes any possible remaining ambiguity. Vielen dank!. I subscribed to your Deutsch 1.1 course, as it turns out I have a good grasp of that material, but repetition helps. I will soon look at the 1.2 material.
👍😊🙏 danke dir
Please make more videos b1 b2
Hey Herr Luzi !
A simple question I would like to ask when you have the time . I was in the situation of talking to a receptionist/secretary to get an appointment somewhere at a clinik . Not knowing the name of die damme da I wanted to adress myself to her with plain 'Miss' but I had no ideea on how to say it .
I thought about just saying Frau but to me it sounded more like ' woman ' .
So even it is kinda silly , my question would be : how do you say in a polite manner 'Miss' when you don t know the name of the lady you are adressing to ?
Thank you !
In this situation we would just say “Entschuldigung”. There are some older used terms for “miss” or “misses” but not used anymore and nowadays rather impolite.
How do we use "Als" as "Temporale Junktoren" ? Plzz create a video on this...Thanks
Wie is also 'how' oder 'what'?
OMG those eyes
I will like the video because you mentioned CR7!
Fabulous!!!!!Fünf Sterne!!!!Fantastisch!!!Wir währen uns ihren B1 in Deutsch nicht in Englisch spreche
7:30 CR7 total ist am besten Fußballspieler der Welt. Vielen Dank für ein anderes gutes Video
//Tina sings as gladly as Maria (does)//. Not as common a usage, but works fine. The ending 'does' would probably be inserted by most Americans, not sure if it's necessary, or technically correct.
Will leave CR Man UTD this summer?
Thanks for this video. Just one thing: You say nouns or personal pronouns after 'als' are always in Nominativ. But you can say: ich finde den Pullover wärmer als den Mantel - Akkusativ. Or Sie gibt ihrem Sohn mehr als ihrer Tochter - Dativ. Changing the tense can also change the meaning as in: ich helfe ihm mehr als dir vs. ich helfe ihm mehr als du. What case to use after 'als' depends on what is compared with what, e.g. ihm with dir or ich with du or den Pullover with den Mantel.
😊👍💪 richtig!
Please upload A2 exam preparation videos it will be very useful for me
Will come in the future 👍
Perfect use vielen Dank cute Nacht
Luzi ist besser als anderer Deutscher Leherer. ☺️
I want to learn p2
💪👌😊👍
Ich habe gerade einen Fehler entdeckt. Das nächste Mal bitte korregierien "für DEN Unterricht" LOL
Love learning 😍❤🇦🇫❤🇩🇪❤🕋

One question. Why did you say “Weiße Tshirt” and “Rote Tshirt”, Tshirt is neutral right? So shouldn’t be it, Weißes Tshirt or Rotes Tshirt
ein rotes T-Shirt
das rote T-Shirt…
Search for adjektivdeklination on our channel and you will find videos for this 😊👍
@@yourgermanteacher i’m confused. Which one is correct, “Das weißes T-Shirt” or “Das weiße T-shirt”?
@@yourgermanteacher so if I use the bestimmte artikel, the adj should be in its normal form? And if I use umbestimmete artikel that’s when the adj changes depending on the gendery of the noun? Thank you!
👍🍀
What is the role of (so) when we use wie?! Why don't we just use (wie) as we do with (als)??
Bitte machen Sie das video an unregalmäßige verben in präteritum!
🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
9:52 =)))) I'm dead
Is das richtig?
Danke!
Ja das ist richtig 👍😊

😅
how does one say something like “it is more expensive than it was yesterday”?
Es ist teurer als gestern. 👌😊
Sehr gut. Deine Sätze sind alle richtig 🙂👍🙏💯
Just super! No more comment
