- At this time of year, many unbiblical understandings about life after death are being promoted. Pastor Ted Wilson, president of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, discusses what happens when a person dies and the confusion that the devil has brought regarding this topic. The occult, spiritualism, and satanic influences are on the rise. The worldwide entertainment industry promotes spiritualism.
The devil plans overwhelming delusions at the end of time through mysticism and unbiblical understandings regarding life after death, but we have the privilege of studying the truth straight from God’s Word. Serious question, if we die and wait for the second coming, how will we be resurrected if we are completely decayed and returned back to dust?
I used to believe this when I was studying with the seventh day Adventists and attending their church. Now I don’t believe in any of their beliefs at all and I’m glad that I never became a seventh day Adventist.

Death is said to be silent and as the darkness. It's called the land of forgetfulness. The dead cannot thank, cannot praise, cannot hope; all feats that require mental faculties to be accomplished. In Sheol, there is absolutely no declaration of God, or of His faithfulness/graciousness, or of anything He performs. When we die, our spirits depart to God who gave it, and we return to the dust from which we were taken; consequently, our thoughts perish altogether. And most of all, the dead know naught; they have no knowledge, wisdom, thinking, or work in the place where they are.

There is no soul sleep which is a misnomer anyway because in Adventism there is no soul man consists of flesh and bone only. What is salvation if you go into non-existence at death and that for thousands of years. All the patriarchs ,the apostles everyone doesn't exist any more till Jesus comes back. So we get the same fate than the wicked..... never. Moses appeared to Jesus on the mountain, Abraham talked to the rich man in hell, the martyrs are all in heaven already crying out for justice, the thief on the cross went to paradise, the experience of 2000 years of christianity who got confirmation that their dead are save and alive and so on. Till the Adventist comes and and denies salvation and the spirit in man but claims they are the only ones who got everything right the remnant church. But they got the main thing wrong. E. W. is responsible for that heresy

This topic is one of the most controversial message in Adventism that I think we are wrong based on us believing the scriptures more than human theory.
I would state that the bible says if we add or subtract anything we are in for it.I agree with Ecclesiastes that the dead know nothing but I believe in Jesus parable of the rich man and Lazarus is not allegory the way we put it Jesus always taught parables on realities of life nowhere did Jesus tell parable of eg the mouse and the hare,so Jesus wasn't coerced by the pharisees to tell non existent hell story He actually said exactly what happened when someone dies in this parable.Paul also tells of aman taken to third heavens he went there in spirit also Ellen White herself was taken to the other worlds in spirit read that in Early Writings

Does SDA or this channel believe in globe earth? Thats whats behind the Pastor? I do not myself. I believe in the firmament and flat earth. As I understand it. However I am a grown up and it bothers me not. Curious tho We remain with free will to choose to the bitter and glorious end. I just hope were all right aand worthy by then ??!??!??!😊🔥🐉🤺🔥🐉🤺
All SDA's I know believe the earth is round. That can be verified by eclipses, because round objects cast a round shadow. Also the Bible says it is round. Also high altitude flights in the air you can see the curvature of the earth. Hey just experiment with the evidence. Also why would all the other planets be round around a flat earth. Just some info for thought. God bless.
