    Thank you for showing the dipping lug being tacked. Wish there were more videos of dipping lug rigs. Lovely boat she is well done !

    I assume you were lashed to the main mast to keep away the sea monsters? Good to see you had your sea legs and your life jacket just in case. Great film, well shot and relevant, if a little predictable, soundtrack. Good effort! Next year it will be round the world single handed race I take it!

      It's commonly known as the theme to The Onedin Line but is officially called the Adagio of Spartacus and Phrygia from Aram Khachaturian's composition 'Spartacus'.

    Why is the RNLI lifeboat on the dry mud? doesn't it need to be ready 24/7.

      That was a few weeks before we took delivery of our new Shannon lifeboat so I assume on that day we had a relief Shannon for crew familiarisation and use on a real shout (if needed).
