Wonder Woman and Superman might not be the best examples to use, because they're similar to Elongated Man in this case. Yes, none of them are metas (at least in this series, I know in some versions of the character, Elongated Man is a meta), but they all have very unique traits. Superman's, well, Superman. The dude's basically immortal. He can take an ungodly amount of punishment and be completely fine. Wonder Woman's part god since she's the daughter of Zeus, so she might be basically invulnerable to the physical effects of the equation, and Elongated Man's basically made of rubber, so he could probably just stretch himself back to his regular form. I don't know what the deal is with Green Lanterns because I don't know how they're not immune to the anti-life equation, but Batman, Captain Atom, or Martian Manhunter would definitely have lasting effects.

Well they have to limit themselves in certain ways because they want the series to make sense in canon continuity. As a result they can’t really kill off important characters, which limits them to scenarios like this.

I liked how the green lanterns basically had no effect by the first wave, as they have the will to fight through it and only really fell when they second wave hit.

Wait, I'm not exactly understanding the way the Anti-Life equation is portrayed in this series. Granny said that life - free will = anti-life, meaning that essentially it enslaves whomever it comes into contact with by removing their capability for free will. But for Green Lanterns, especially Hal Jordan... they run on willpower and thus free will. It's what makes their rings work, it's what makes them who they are, I mean for God sake Hal made a Green Lantern ring out of his nothing but his own raw willpower. The anti-life equation shouldn't affect them at all, if anything, they should be the most feared enemy by Granny because they're immune to her attack. How are they still affected by it?

Comics I'd say equal both have great storylines in terms of biggest ones TV shows DC by far has it in the big same for Animated movies Marvel beats them in movies Dcs worst movies are comparable to the beginning of marvel and fox and its best are comparable like shazam and Thor ragnorak same funny type vibe but that's my opinion on it (though thats giving shazam a buff since I absolutely love ragnorak)
That depends on your reference point. For instance, I found the first 2 DC movies to be better than most of Marvel's movies because the target demagraphic was different.

First it was the mystery of who/what she was, then we have Granny hanging around giving us our tie to Darksied, and from there it is understandable that Halo is a walking, talking McGuffin.
We don't know exactly if in this adaptation they'll do that. Before the whole Hal goes mad and becomes Parallax thing, they gave him the gray streaks to kinda "updating" him a little bit after the reboot with Crisis on Infinite Earths, by making him a little more older than the rest of his teammates, but then came to a point that writers didn't know what else do with Hal to make him interesting anymore and so came the infamous sequels to the Return of Superman and the rest is history. Maybe in here they just made Hal old to show that some character do age?

That depends on your reference point. For instance, I found the first 2 DC movies to be better than most of Marvel's movies because the target demagraphic was different.

First it was the mystery of who/what she was, then we have Granny hanging around giving us our tie to Darksied, and from there it is understandable that Halo is a walking, talking McGuffin.

We don't know exactly if in this adaptation they'll do that.
Before the whole Hal goes mad and becomes Parallax thing, they gave him the gray streaks to kinda "updating" him a little bit after the reboot with Crisis on Infinite Earths, by making him a little more older than the rest of his teammates, but then came to a point that writers didn't know what else do with Hal to make him interesting anymore and so came the infamous sequels to the Return of Superman and the rest is history.
Maybe in here they just made Hal old to show that some character do age?
