I myself had a case with estradiol level drop BEFORE trigger, comparing with the previous estradiol level on day 5 of COS, and the follicles still developed on ultrasound monitoring. The outcomes were very poor, 6 oocytes, 3 MII, 2 GV rICSI.
On Day 7 of m'y fsh stimulation my progesteron was 3.7 with 6 follicules lh was at 4 and fhs at 8 this cycle was canceled !
