I don't understand, what is bao (not sure if you mean bun or wrap) sauce / paste? The sauce you added after the oyster sauce when you're making the flavor liquid to stew your bean curd roll?

我今天做了,味道是和外面的茶樓一模一樣的,但我加了筍絲,老公很喜歡吃筍的。紅蘿蔔也是小粒,因為我不怎麼喜歡紅蘿蔔所以超小粒的就不怎麼吃到味道了。 腐皮我切成 6 吋 X 6吋,很好做的。 非常感謝你!
