先炸好才放雪櫃,吃時從雪櫃取出用蠔油汁燴一燴(餡是熟的,所以只是索一索汁),再大火蒸10分鐘。

短時間(即用)是可以的。因粟粉筋性唔夠,鎖唔住d汁,餡料會化水,尤其是放入雪櫃後(室溫一樣)。如果包完腐皮再入雪櫃會好d。
