Good afternoon dear Joel and Li - Is it only my eyes that’s cheating or has Joel entered a reverse ageing stage . He looks at-least few years younger 💯💯💯 It’s always heart-warming to watch you teach us some Thai language lesson along with some reference . The background music was too classy . The soup looks delectable. Now the dry version and I agree with your feedback dear Joel that at times one is able to notice and enjoy the flavour of each ingredients. Not sure if you liked the noodles from the Green Bowl . You had a kind of intrigued look on your face .The egg dish looks yummy . I was just wondering why you aren’t ordering for some spicy dish or chase some other bite of dish with chilli . Possibly Sukothai is different in terms of cooking style . The Thai egg salad dish looks scrumptious. The drink looks like a Rose wine . Just yesterday I was watching your Vlog with Mark in Jamaica where you had the ackee dish and also the pork jerk made by the Jerk Champion . The colour of the Pad Thai Noodle resembles the ackee dish . Thoroughly enjoyed the Vlog , virtually, with you and Li . As usual the drone shot towards the end was spectacular and amped up by some good digital music mix . Take care , Stay safe and healthy and God bless . Loads of love to you , LI and our dear Bru-Crew family 💯💯💯🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️
You are always here with SUCH positive words and a huge description for all of us to enjoy. Man the way you go through these videos always amazes me :). and so, yes, obviously you deserve some answers then, haha. Here we go! The green bowl of noodles is actually my favorite/my normal order whenever we go for noodles. I did in fact forget that I ordered it today though! Its not the specialty item, it is just a "normal" bowl of Thai noodles... The egg salad was the one that really blew me away. The ingenuity of that dish never fails, never ceases to impress, and at this place the chef made a perfect spicy/sour mix without also making it too salty, which is not always easy to do!
Thanks also for the good words about the mixing, the editing, that part is never ever easy, and of course it takes 10 times longer to edit (or more) than it does to actually film the video, so thanks a ton for the encouragement for me in this way Rajesh!!!!!
Oh yes, last but not least, yes it seems Sukhothai is a part of Thailand that doesnt eat very spicy food!!! That was also quite interesting to notice (and you picked up on that too!!!)
@@JoelsTastyRide You are most welcome dear bro . If I watch your Vlog I would like to do full justice to it by absorbing each frame of it . Hi Laura!! That’s pretty cool, it’s rare nowadays to see bigger city places with “other” meats still on the menu. So no, I didn’t notice, but I definitely would have ordered it!! Also, now you make me want to check, because the word “Noo” in Thai (which would translate to mouse), refers to many things as well (also a reflexive pronoun, also a respectful word for a younger person, etc.)

You are welcome 😊 very welcome! I like all the things that come with a "Food Video," definitely learning to speak clearly/at least understand/repeat the dish name is key!
Chilis that are now common in southeast asia, china and India came from Mexico and south America through trade with spain and Portugal. So did avocados, Chayote, corn and chocolate. I wonder what Thai food would taste like without spice.
That is a great thought! Yeah, I wonder if its actually unthinkable, like maybe... the explorations and trading made the world we know today, and its what we know, and therefore we can ONLY know this world. You could create stuff and analyze history, change things and then re-create the outcome, but you would never be able to un-learn what you currently know to be true (or could you?) and so therefore, it would only be removing things (and making just a bland version of what you know already) instead of actually making it different (which people would of course have done, if given a different set of (recipe options))

Hi booswager my friend how u doing.
MATTEE.
❤❤🌺💞🌺💞🌺💞🌺💞🌺🌺💞🌺💞🌺
Another feast!! Wish could move to Thailand. Ha, I’d have food coma daily 😂
👍
MATT! Rocking out, man, one of our first subscribers (dont know if its actually true, but from my own memory yes, its true :) ) have a great day man. ALWAYS appreciate your support!

Q? How come you only show Thailand cuisine? You have to explore some other dishes too, there’s so much out there
Hi Ulyses, you have a great name wow! Ok so, if you scroll down, just from my memory here I know you will see entire playlists on CHINA, Vietnam, Malaysia, Laos (3 playlists for China actually), and then single videos from Japan, and even USA. I've not traveled for this channel as much as some, but definitely been blessed to have gone MANY places. I hope you see these, and feel inspired by them, and write me back again soon!!
