I just gave up prayers for Eric Mays who passed. I watched his Video's. He was very disruptive & had a negative attitude. There's a way to get points across w/o arguing. Or name calling.

I googled up this Firestone and there a lot of reviews showing how they ripped off the customer. They are about to get sued as per one reviewer. Another one had a similar issue like in this video and wore out the tires prematurely. They need to ve put out of business. Places like this on the level of jiffy lube I would never go to. Everything I have had done so far has been at the dealer. That being said i make sure I research to know what my car actually needs so I won’t get beat over the head
