Great. Now Konza is catching up..just imagine if a company like global foundries, dji, or even Nvidia decide to pay a visit in Konza. Team Konza should make companies so intrested to set up regional hqs and campuses here in Konza. Kenya doesn't have a great PPP(purchasing power parity) but Middle east has and it's close. What Kenya has is high skilled labour. Konza's approach should also lean towards more on offering diverse educational hub. Did you know welding or welders are very much needed in high class industries? Eg. Ship building, rocket building and also in energy plants. It's all about sparking a new ecosystem in Kenya and Africa.

Their is KAISET, OUK and riara university that is huge reserch and development pool all located within konza, i dont really hope for outside companies to come grab space no i hope that we have local companies mushrooming in the high tech industry, for example why don't we have a local drone manufacturer in kenya, all the basic tech about how drones work are known its just about making a product tailored for the local market ,i would really wish we have a drone startup that specializes on military drones we have a huge market for that as a country, patrolling our borders and fighting terrorism in the remort north eastern region, fighting bandits, a cheap Taylor made drone for local market and develop it into a major military drone producer. As a country we are not very capable of producing heavy military equipment but we can leverage on tech to be self sufficient in surveillance and other small industries that require more reserch than more money
