Two RIBS of celery , the stalk is the entire thing. Looks good .

Actually the ribs are the pattern on the stalk. The whole thing is a Celery.

What kind of pan is that?
I used a Dutch oven. But you can use any kind of roasting pan. Preferably with a lid!
Darn, shoulda checked it'd take 2 hr 50 to cook beforehand
Bake 20 min uncovered at what temperature?
Hi Arlene! 20 minutes at 425. Then lower the heat to 350 for the remainder 😉
